I've been a Yoga member at YS for years and I feel like it is my home away from home. This is already the premiere Yoga studio in LV and I'm certain it will become the premiere Pilates studio in town as well. Especially sine their Pilates instructor line up is as good as their Yoga instructor line up. I am looking forward to my next Pilates class. Through ClassPass, I signed up for a Friday night Slow Flow & Yin Sound Bath with Polly Whittaker. It was one of the best yoga classes I've ever taken. I cried. Let me be clear: I'm picky about virtually everything in an exercise class. From sequences and pacing to the music, lighting and (most importantly) the instructor's approach, I am the opposite of chill -- because why would I pay to exercise outside of my house when I could do it at home for free? If the instructor gives too much or too little direction, makes me feel rushed, isn't trauma-informed / doesn't make the class accessible for all, has a voice or a vibe that doesn't sit right with me, emphasizes "working out" over mindfulness and connection, uses vocabulary I find grating (the word "yummy" to describe a stretch is a big offender) ... you get it -- I'm checked out. (Yes, I know this is a character flaw; yes, I am working on it!) To my immense joy, Yoga Sanctuary hit it out of the park for me on every level. Polly is such a gifted guide. Every word felt intentional, grounded and thoughtfully paced. I could have mistaken her instruction for one of the pre-recorded, meticulously edited guided meditations I listen to; she was that good. But what I really appreciated was how balanced the class felt. Nothing was totally riffed or overly structured. There was deep stretching and light strength-building, but there were also moments of deep connection and presence threaded throughout the 75-minute session. The sound bath and yoga nidra elements toward the end were just dreamy. Some people might prefer a more vigorous experience, but for me, this was exactly how a yoga class should feel. Props to the studio itself, too. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Dim lighting and candles in the room set a soothing tone, and there were plenty of props to go around and space to spread out. I came here expecting to stretch and breathe for an hour. I left transformed, feeling connected to myself and the world around me again, nourished from the inside out. What a gift. I can't wait to return again and again.

I was busy that night but the fact that she went out of her way to accommodate me even though it was my mistake is stellar customer service. I just finished a Pilates Reformer class and I was sitting in the waiting area putting my shoes back on and their owner comes out scolding her front desk employees stating that their Pilates instructor should not be mingling with the front desk employees and continued to state that if she catches it again that she will start firing employees. Mind you, there were a few of her clients/members that were out in the waiting area. How unprofessional can you be?! She couldn't keep that conversation behind closed doors?! Oh and that wasn't the end of it. She continued her tantrum when one of the member asked if she was Cindy (the owner) and she answers stating, "just email me." Did not even asked who is speaking to her and did not even bother looking at the person talking to her?! I was horrified just sitting there watching all this unfold. The audacity and rudeness she presented as the owner of the place?! It gave me such a bad taste of place!!! I have been in the Vegas fitness community for a while and never have I seen such disrespect and lack of professionalism especially from the owner! There are a lot of other places and competition in Vegas and for her to display such attitude, I will not be giving her my business again! Inside, Toni greeted me, checked me in, showed me around the studio, pointed out the infrared heating panels, handed me a locker lock, and made sure I knew where everything was. A few minutes later, Amelia walked over, introduced herself, asked my name, and made sure I felt comfortable practicing in the heat. The Guide: Amelia Bruff * 103 Vinyasa Flow We began seated cross-legged in Gyan Mudra, thumb and index finger gently touching, with four-count box breathing before expanding to a five-count rhythm. This class was a deliberately slow, deeply intentional practice where poses were often held for 40 seconds or longer. The longer we stayed, the more awareness was required. Amelia reminded us that we always have a choice: our attention. our breath. Alignment was a constant throughout class. Amelia moved through the room offering thoughtful adjustments, helping me refine several postures. One moment especially surprised me. In Center Splits, she guided our upper body into Puppy Pose, then invited us through a breath and body-awareness exercise before cueing us to lift our ankles from the floor. I was surprised how much the pose deepened Then came Pigeon, where Amelia delivered one of the juiciest hands-on assists and back massages I've ever received in a yoga class. Soft Kundalini music quietly filled the room. Everything kept pointing back to the same lesson. Slow down. Pay attention. Choose your breath. The Tribe There were yogis of every level. Amelia knew each of them by name. Even as a first-timer, I never felt like an outsider. Space & Place The infrared panels line the room, creating warmth that's comfortable. The lobby has a really awesome filtered water station, if you need to buy any yoga equipment, they sell everything there. Easy check-in process. They have all the equipment that you need. You just have to bring your yoga mat, towel and water. They have lockers and cubbies, the lockers use codes just like most of the studios have. The studio itself was really cozy with Priscilla was so awesome, she has such an amazing energy! It was such a great class, definitely tried out different poses and stretches that I've never done in yoga. Overall, a really awesome, relaxing restorative experience and would highly recommend!

With ClassPass, you need to book as soon as the window opens! I love this facility! I used to shower and get ready there after class and then straight to work! Lots of parking outside and always VERY safe! Whether it's 5am or 8pm, I feel confident walking to my car. The instructors are amazing! I love Khara, Victor, and Maddie! They always make me feel comfortable and welcome! One of my favorite studios in town!

I won some free classes for Tru Fusion a couple months ago from an event they were doing at Area15…read more(it was puppy yoga with Service dogs & it was an absolutely magical experience!) Started going this past February/March to check it out. I absolutely loved it! The classes are definitely not easy, but I really enjoyed them & all the instructors. The staff is incredibly nice, really take the time to help you understand the classes. The manager was so nice & gave me a tour my first visit. They have four training rooms at this location, I only used two: Rock room & Soul room. Depending which room you're in, depends if it's a heated or non-heated class. I believe the rock room is the only one not heated? This location does not offer Reformer Pilates classes. From what I understand the other two locations do you offer different types of classes that might not be available at the eastern location. The instructors are so understanding & encouraging, especially if you're new to doing any of the classes. The cleanest fitness facility I've ever been to. Locker room, showers, bathrooms, training rooms, equipment, all spotless! They provide most of the equipment, (I needed to bring a mat, mat towel, sweat towel, & water, I was able to buy the hand wraps for boxing from them directly) when you're done, they have an area for used equipment so it can be cleaned. Equipment rentals are very reasonably priced. They have plenty of lockers & storage. Tons of amenities in locker room, & a water bottle filling station. Memberships are pretty pricey for me, so I will buying their class passes! I appreciate the fact that they do have options besides a membership (with contract,) you can buy class packs (but they do need to be used in a certain period of time.) They do some pretty good deals for their class packs through out the year & you can also do drop in classes. The first person I want to give a shout out to is Ashley who teaches their Tru Mat Pilates class! She was my go to person for starting at TruFusion, she had reached out to me about setting up my classes after I had registered. She helped me out so much, such a sweet person, & an incredibly kick ass instructor! My first class was so intense (since it was my first ever Pilates class, I learned a lot) she was so encouraging & really took the time to explain everything. She knew I was pretty overwhelmed & really made it a comfortable environment. She reached out to me after & sent me a really sweet email. I appreciate her so much for following up with me after & I can't wait to take her class again in the future! The next instructor that I had was Maddie she was my instructor for Tru Boxing Conditioning Express. Such a fun, but intense class! She was so nice & took the time to explain things, was very encouraging. She helped with anything I struggled with, I appreciated her help, especially in such a fast paced class! Her class is no joke & super fun!! You are getting a full on workout & also taking out all of your aggression at the same time, you're going back-&-forth between boxing & strength training, it is super quick! My next instructor was Nicole who was subbing for Ashley for Tru Mat Pilates. My trainer & I went together to her class, we both really enjoyed it. She definitely did things very different than Ashley & I really appreciated getting a different perspective on Mat Pilate workouts. They definitely teach very differently & I do love the variation! My final free class & the reason that I will be purchasing class packs in the very near future: Tru Roll & Recover with Neylan! She has such a peaceful, warm, & inviting energy. Her class was absolutely amazing!!! The people in that class were so nice & everyone was having a great time, a lot of laughing! It was so relaxing (still intense, nothing at Tru Fusion is easy lol) It's basically a slightly heated foam roller stretching class (I was definitely very bruised after from the textured foam roller) with a lot of slow movements mixed with meditation. If you need a class to help relieve stress & open up different parts of your body, this is the class to take! I cannot wait to make it a regular part of my schedule! The only downside to TruFusion was how loud the music is in most of the training rooms versus the microphones of the trainers. It can be very overstimulating, & hard to hear what the instructors are saying. What ended up helping me was using my filtered earplugs (like concert earplugs.) So that way I was able to hear the instructors over the music & the music not be overpowering, which also made a massive difference in my workout. So if you are considering taking Tru Fusion classes, & the music is too overwhelming & overstimulating, I highly suggest using filtered earplugs! TruFusion is an absolutely amazing place to take workout/fitness classes. Thank you, TruFusion for being a safe place to learn & grow on my fitness journey.

The floor is filthy and management and part of the staff is rude and useless…read more I have to clean the floor myself before each class to set my mat down and the wipe (which I am simply using my own hand and a wet wipe, not a powered device) is black with filth EVERY TIME. I have brought the filthy wipes up to the front desk repeatedly, have talked to the manager, and am basically met with either attitude, like I'm the problem, or am given a list of excuses. This has gone on for months and months, and the floor remains disgusting. The cleaning staff does go into the room after each class, but they are obviously not given cleaning products to clean with, or what looks like black soot wouldn't be so easy to wipe up with a lysol wipe immediately after they clean. I've been a member since TruFusion opened their doors, and they used to be great, but since then it gets more expensive, and the quality goes down. We shouldn't have to beg to work out in a non filthy gym. Especially with what they charge for a membership. Our mats touch our faces, and the floor in the rock room is dirtier than if we put our mats in the parking lot. Called corporate multiple times, no response
