    Dena, sin city yoga teacher
    Angela C.

I was in town for an event at the Las Vegas convention center and googled the nearest yoga studio, and I'm so lucky to have found Sin City Yoga! Genie's vinyasa class and Dena's restorative class were so wonderful. Genie and Dena were warm and welcoming, and their classes were so grounding and exactly what I needed. I highly recommend them! Thank you for a lovely practice and I'll definitely be returning to your classes the next time I'm in town.

I was so glad I was able to visit this studio while in Las Vegas New Years weekend. I went to the 6:15a Friday class and a Saturday morning class. I love that they offer a travelers pass that can be used for a week as many times as you want to go and it includes a mat rental. The teachers were knowledgeable and offered modifications when needed. The environment felt comfortable and welcoming. If I lived in Las Vegas this would be where I would practice. I will definately visit this studio whenever I'm in town.

Major California vibes at this beautiful downtown studio. Located on Main with plenty of parallel parking, this open plan space has a front boutique area with a curtain separating a bare wood-floored studio and a single bathroom. It's basic but homey, with a curated selection of items for purchase and a giant gold mandala hand-painted on the wall. I've come by a handful of times, most recently during their free teacher certification weekend- recent graduates from their training program are getting experience teaching their first classes to the public, at no cost. The classes I took flowed well, space has great acoustics for the music but I needed instructors to speak up or turn music down in order to hear directions clearly. There isn't a single mirror in the whole place, including the bathroom, and I found that I was focusing more on myself than comparing my body or form to others in class. Welcome desk staff were friendly, instructors were warm and personable. Online site is easy to navigate for schedule and signup, and they have a good variety of classes. Great introductory offer of 30 days for $40.

I started my journey here on the $40 unlimited month for new clients...the past few months has seriously a life changer. I'm not an expert yogi or anything. When I lived in the SW part of town I occasionally went to a hot yoga studio there, a hot yoga studio on the west side of town, a hot yoga Yelp event, another couple of Downtown studios, and an occasional silent yoga event. I try to go to class here at least 4-5 times a week. I prefer Yin, Restorative, and Calm weeknight classes and morning weekend classes. With my super busy and sometimes super stressful weekdays this place grounds me. SCY makes a beautiful reset/calming closure to my weekday and a great calm weekend day start. I am now learning and practicing Vinyasa and with every practice I'm exciting to be slowly becoming familiar with this type/focus of practice. I don't do mornings lol so the 6:15am Bed Head session...I have never attended :) I'm sure its great but I try not to open my eyes prior to 8 am ;) I have my favorites here. Tess and Becky and Nicole immediately come to mind. They warm my soul. Their Intentions and suggested daily focuses blow my mind because they are somehow usually on point to what my day was like. The release and reset with these ladies is amazing. I actually truly love all the teachers here. Special shoutout to the owner for making this studio a place of love, kindness, warmth, nonjudgment, and enlightenment. I have thanked her before but I will thank her again here. Its hard to find a place that not only welcomes you...but also has an owner that aligns right up with your own personal beliefs in "feeding" your body with compassion. Namaste.

An honor to be in class!!

Amazing instructors. Such a treat in the arts district. Highly recommend checking out studio. The cutest boutique inside. Down to earth and approachable for beginners and walk ins like me. Thank you for never making me feel like a stranger. Thank you Rachel.

He has a deadpan, understated sense of humor that brings a lightness to class while still keeping everything focused and intentional. He tells us why things are done in a certain way, which deepens my understanding. His teaching style is calm, clear, and very accessible, and he's always watching to make sure students get into postures safely. His attention to alignment and safety is excellent, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his students' well-being. Even though Iyengar can be very precise, Adam makes it feel approachable and supportive. His classes are thoughtful, well-paced, and consistently high quality. Having practiced yoga for over 20 years, this class is good for beginners and longtime yogis.

The Vibe: Choice…read more Among a hub of fitness studios, 103 Hot Pilates & Yoga was easy to find, with plenty of parking & an easy walk to the front door. Inside, Toni greeted me, checked me in, showed me around the studio, pointed out the infrared heating panels, handed me a locker lock, and made sure I knew where everything was. A few minutes later, Amelia walked over, introduced herself, asked my name, and made sure I felt comfortable practicing in the heat. The Guide: Amelia Bruff * 103 Vinyasa Flow We began seated cross-legged in Gyan Mudra, thumb and index finger gently touching, with four-count box breathing before expanding to a five-count rhythm. This class was a deliberately slow, deeply intentional practice where poses were often held for 40 seconds or longer. The longer we stayed, the more awareness was required. Amelia reminded us that we always have a choice: our attention. our breath. Alignment was a constant throughout class. Amelia moved through the room offering thoughtful adjustments, helping me refine several postures. One moment especially surprised me. In Center Splits, she guided our upper body into Puppy Pose, then invited us through a breath and body-awareness exercise before cueing us to lift our ankles from the floor. I was surprised how much the pose deepened Then came Pigeon, where Amelia delivered one of the juiciest hands-on assists and back massages I've ever received in a yoga class. Soft Kundalini music quietly filled the room. Everything kept pointing back to the same lesson. Slow down. Pay attention. Choose your breath. The Tribe There were yogis of every level. Amelia knew each of them by name. Even as a first-timer, I never felt like an outsider. Space & Place The infrared panels line the room, creating warmth that's comfortable. Outside the yoga room are open shelves for towels, props, and essentials. Complimentary lockers (with locks provided). The surrounding fitness district has an energetic vibe. The Takeaway After class, I had to ask Amelia if she was a dancer. She smiled. "Yes." Of course. The precision. The grace. The body awareness. It all made perfect sense. I left with this: You always have a choice. Where your attention goes. Where your breath goes. Field Note: Your breath is the one choice that never leaves you. FYI: Style: Slow, alignment-focused Heat: Infrared Best For: Yogis who appreciate longer holds, intelligent alignment, hands-on assists, and breath-centered practice. * Bonuses: Free parking lot, welcoming staff, infrared heat, complimentary lockers with locks, & thoughtful assists.

The staff was awesome, I was very confused when I got there and they gave me a tour since it's a much bigger studio than the Henderson location. And there are definitely more doorways to get to the different studios, so I was definitely a little lost at first. Tons of lockers and storage areas. The locker rooms are really nice, super clean, and have amenities for getting ready just like the other locations. It looks like the location is supposed to have a café inside... I don't know if that's something that they're adding in later or was previously there, but there is this little area that looks like it's a eating area (I could be wrong.) there's a lot of places to hang out when waiting for class to start. I took a candlelight Yin with Timberly. And to this day, it's still one of my favorite Yin classes that I've ever taken. It was absolutely amazing, I felt like I was floating when I got out of that class. Super relaxing, she is such an amazing instructor and has one of the best energies I've ever had in an instructor ever. She also did a sound bath at the end of class and it was transcending. I absolutely recommend her candlelight Yin Class! You will leave feeling renewed. I really like that the studio is in a separate area where it has its own hallway that's closed off so you're not hearing any of the outside noise. I also really love that Tru Fusion Summerlin does their fitness on the lawn classes. I do those quite frequently and it is a really amazing experience! And they give you a really awesome variety of different types of classes to try out! The instructors are so amazing and I really love how they are focusing on building community and also giving back to the community!

This has gone on for months and months, and the floor remains disgusting. The cleaning staff does go into the room after each class, but they are obviously not given cleaning products to clean with, or what looks like black soot wouldn't be so easy to wipe up with a lysol wipe immediately after they clean. I've been a member since TruFusion opened their doors, and they used to be great, but since then it gets more expensive, and the quality goes down. We shouldn't have to beg to work out in a non filthy gym. Especially with what they charge for a membership. I initially thought we would be using the reformers but it turned out to be an intimate mat style Pilates class given my Nina. She started off telling us about the benefits of Pilates and how she got involved in it. She refers to her class as Bootylates and she is a walking advertisement that it works! I currently take Hot Pilates at another studio so I was familiar with most of the exercises we performed. What differed about this class is being that it is not in a hot room I really felt I could concentrate more on the actual exercise, my form and my breathing more so then I do in a Hot room where I know those things get compromised as fatigue from the heat sets in. This studio is on the smaller side, Nina had 12 mats set up for us and there were about nine of us in class. The class size max is also a bonus as Nina can check form and correct if needed. Although she didn't use the reformers they are in the studio along with some . And just this week I saw a Groupon for a one on one session for $50 which is quite the deal for this type of instruction. Drop in class rate is $20.
