The floor is filthy and management and part of the staff is rude and useless. I have to clean the floor myself before each class to set my mat down and the wipe (which I am simply using my own hand and a wet wipe, not a powered device) is black with filth EVERY TIME. I have brought the filthy wipes up to the front desk repeatedly, have talked to the manager, and am basically met with either attitude, like I'm the problem, or am given a list of excuses. This has gone on for months and months, and the floor remains disgusting. The cleaning staff does go into the room after each class, but they are obviously not given cleaning products to clean with, or what looks like black soot wouldn't be so easy to wipe up with a lysol wipe immediately after they clean. I've been a member since TruFusion opened their doors, and they used to be great, but since then it gets more expensive, and the quality goes down. We shouldn't have to beg to work out in a non filthy gym. Especially with what they charge for a membership. Our mats touch our faces, and the floor in the rock room is dirtier than if we put our mats in the parking lot. Called corporate multiple times, no response read more

Love the Summerlin location. Joy and Costin are my favorite instructors. They're probably the only two who consistently correct form, play great music, and are incredibly knowledgeable. Their classes really push you, but they're still mindful of everyone's ability level. The studio is always clean, and the front desk staff are nice and helpful, when they're not busy with personal convos. I would give this location 5 stars, but there is one issue. Marcus is consistently a nuisance when he takes classes. He's very disruptive and often rude while instructors are speaking. It feels like he's constantly seeking attention, which can be really distracting for everyone trying to focus on the workout. I know at least five other people who have shared the same experience. Hopefully management can address this so everyone can fully enjoy the class. read more

I've been a member with TruFusion since the beginning of time, back when they only have one location on Eastern. Since then, the Blue Diamond location is more my 'home' studio now. The Summerlin location is the furthest away from me so I drop by every so often and every time, I'm always so amazed how clean and how ascetically pleasing the women's locker room is! The classes I take are Hot Pilates, Hot Mat Pilates, Kettlebooty, Barefoot Bootcamp and an occasional a TruYin class. The more "popular" classes gets full quick so be sure to sign up ahead of time. I've always been a group fitness girly and this is perfect. Every class I attend, it gives me the motivation to give it my all. I enjoy having an instructor push and motivate me. All the equipment needed for class are always well stocked and looks pretty clean to the naked eye. There are lockers both small and large sizes available in the locker room AND also some located outside the work out studios. There's a lock combination already attached to said lockers so no need to bring your own locks. If for any reason you forgot your towel or yoga mat, they're available for you to rent out. I subtracted one star due to their cancellation policy. And this is not just for the Summerlin location....it's the same for all three TruFusions. The last I remembered, you can cancel before 4 hours without being penalized. Now it's TWELVE HOURS PRIOR!?!?!?! This sounds ridiculous! A lot can happen in twelve hours. How would one know WTF will happen in the next twelve hours of their lives?!! What happens if you (or your kid) suddenly gets ill? Or your workload suddenly got busy and you have to stay overtime? One cannot predict how our day will look like in order for us to cancel without being penalized a late cancellation fee. They really need to revise this policy. read more

Boxing at True Fusion Summerlin - Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger! Finally tried a boxing class at True Fusion Summerlin, and I definitely see what my friends were talking about.. I've been dealing with shoulder and leg soreness since the Las Vegas Rock n Roll marathon, and this class actually helped work it out. There's something about focusing on combinations and hand-eye coordination that just clears your mind. If you're looking for a workout that's equal parts challenging, fun, and surprisingly therapeutic, this is it. I'll definitely be back for more! read more

I truly love the variety of classes offered here, and the yoga and barre classes are some of the best I've taken. The instructors are strong, and the programming itself is excellent. That said, almost all of the classes are heated, and I consistently leave with a headache. I wish there were more options to choose between heated and non-heated formats--especially for flow yoga, barre, and boot camp--so members could tailor their experience to what feels best for their bodies. I've also noticed that a couple of the front desk staff could be friendlier and more helpful, which would go a long way in improving the overall experience. The locker rooms could also benefit from more frequent cleaning and vacuuming, as they don't always feel as fresh as they should. Additionally, the old café space (which used to be fantastic--best avocado toast and shakes) has been closed and under construction for years, and its current condition unfortunately brings down the vibe of the studio. This studio has so much potential and so many great elements already in place. If more non-heated classes were added, I would sign back up immediately. read more

It's a nice enough studio, however they are very corporate and clearly are more into gouging their customers for money. A few weeks ago they changed their class cancellation policy from 4 hours to 12 HOURS before class or else you get charged their cancellation fee. I gave them 10 hours notice a few days ago to cancel a class, and the woman on the phone (Holly) told me they would charge my card. I explained that the cancellation policy on their own website says 4 hours still, and she started to get an attitude, saying that they sent me a text message and email about the policy change (they did not), and they are very adamant about their new policy and refused to waive the fee. Well, if they are so adamant about it, why didn't they change it on their website? Ok, regardless of if they did try to notify their customers or not, keep in mind I am an annual member. Even if I didn't notify them that I was cancelling the class, I would still get the cancellation charge. So at that point (10 hours before the class) I am giving them a heads up AS A COURTESY to them. Next time I am going to have to cancel within their ridiculous 12 hour window, out of principle I won't let them know, because what difference does it make if they charge me anyway? I encourage you all to do the same. read more

My friends invited me to the boxing class, and I was slightly nervous never going to one nor to TruFusion! However, I'm so glad I went. It's clean and the website makes it easy to reserve your class. There are automatic texts sent to give you expectations when arriving and checking in. The front desk service was acceptable, but I was most pleased with Josh, our instructor for the boxing class. He had a great flow and energy for the class. Josh made me feel confident and so excited while providing a legitimate workout. I never leave reviews for places but TruFusion has really gone downhill these past few years and I feel like people should be aware before they sign up. You pay a lot of money and unless you're unemployed be prepared to not be able to take any classes that you actually want to take, and most the time if you do get a spot in a class like hot Pilates or bootcamp-- be prepared to be crammed in a room with no space. They recently changed their cancellation policy which sucks because you don't even have enough time to cancel your class the night before if something comes up or else you end up paying $10... seems like they are only interested in making money and not about creating a good workout environment! On top of that I've been coming for YEARS and the front desk girls are so mean and entitled I've never experienced worse customer service. I try to avoid contact with them as much as possible because they get annoyed when you walk in and especially if you ask to buy drinks or anything, you can just tell they are upset you're interrupting their conversation. I asked one of them if I could rent a towel and she scoffed and said "yeah just don't steal it". Overall I enjoyed working out here but I'd keep in mind you will spend way more than just the monthly membership read more

I was nervous to take my first cycle class but Halie at the front desk was super nice and took the time to help me with my shoes and showed me how to adjust the bike. I like this location, but I wouldn't say I love it. I really wish they had the reformers here--it's frustrating to pay extra for that option and still have to drive so far to access them. Summerlin is a bit closer to me, but the more active classes like hot Pilates are usually overcrowded. The staff here is polite, though not particularly warm. Beware of the predatory vibes ... just joined this club and feel so violated by the instructors who are WAY TOO touchy!!! They claim to be yoga instructors who desire to correct your pose and posture however it's SUPER GROSS and inappropriate to be touched anywhere without consenting to physical contact prior to them taking the initiative to put their dirty hands on your body. INDEED, NOW I HAVE TO TELL THESE INSTRUCTORS DON'T TOUCH OR CORRECT MY POSE BEFORE CLASS EVEN STARTS! I scheduled a class and unfortunately had a hard time getting there and finding parking BUT the lady was nice enough to cancel and let me use the class later on. It is near red rock casino and right in the middle of Summerlin Mall Best place to park is the parking lot by maggianos then you go up the escalators near Public School Bar and it's on your left The following Monday I took the Candlelit Yin and it was so relaxing. My first intro to TruFusion was the ZFlow class and it was my first time so going from that to Yin was a step down. Yin is very calm and not fast paced at all. It's a very good intro into doing yoga (at least in my opinion). My next class I'm doing the Vin + Yin so I can get the best of both worlds! I love all the classes and instructors but out of all the locations this one needs some TLC. The floors are not cleaned properly. I always end up having hair on me and my belongings after I work out here unlike the other locations. There never is any sanitary wipes like ever. Sometimes hand sanitizer but for some reason the front desk never does. These should be a staple in gyms/work out classes. read more

I tried to turn in my #TRU12 challenge card on October 31, but the front desk informed me that the challenge was already over. I was told that the manager had completed the drawing at 3 p.m. and was advised to discard my card. This feels unfair because the card did not indicate that the deadline was 3 p.m., and there were still classes after that time. I felt disrespected and that my time and effort were not valued. Yoga feels so good, it keeps me on track doing things I love! This is a great mind and body exercise that helps strengthen a person's core leading to better posture. Many of the movements do focus a lot on deep breathing which is an important technique that we should really pay attention to. The studio is located in Downtown Summerlin, they're on the second floor across from Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. I did a walk-in and signed up for Hot Yoga. Jensen and Adrienne were very friendly and welcoming. Because I was a new customer, my first day of class was FREE. Usually for drop in, it's $25. If you don't have a yoga mat or forgot to bring a towel, you can rent them for a small fee, and after class there's a drop off bin to return the items. They have lockers and shoe cubbies near the restroom as well as outside the room to secure your belongings. Inside the yoga room, there are sticker markers where you can place your mat. They have yoga blocks and straps which are useful in providing support and to assist with proper alignment. My instructor was Cameron, he does an excellent job pacing the class and maintaining good flow for us to execute certain movements. My favorite is the triangle pose, spine twisting, and head to knee pose. These stretches really help my back. It's also good to stay hydrated. Hot Yoga lasted for 75 minutes, I left the room super drenched and sweaty but I felt great! Being in a warm room is a little intense but don't let that deter you from trying the class at least once. There are benefits to this especially with slow deep breathing, yoga will definitely help relieve stress. After this experience, there's an option to sign up for a membership but I'm more inclined to try their offer at $30 for the first 30 days unlimited classes, which to me sounds like an awesome deal! read more
