We were told 4 men would be there. Three men showed up and 1 left to get plastic wrap. We only had 4 men for about 4 hours. They took three days to get everything moved because they left half of our attic full until I took pictures and sent them. They did t arrive until 10 am each morning. They brought an average size truck to move a 4 bedroom house with a full basement, attic, and garage. They took all of our furniture apart and then asked if we wanted it out back together. They stacked boxes in the garage and had to be asked twice to move them to the rooms. Both boxes and rooms had labels to make things easier. We had to request an invoice, which we did not receive until Monday - our move was supposed to be Done Friday. The invoice was not itemized so I believe we were charged for 4 men the entire time. Steven asked me how I intended to pay and I asked him his preference - he said cash. We paid 25.00 LESS to move from Fort Wayne to Indianapolis than we paid this company to move us from the Moorings to 65th and Binford. The majority of the move was done by Ryan and Vinnie, two very nice young men who really hustled. The other other gentlemen did more standing and directing. The move spanned three days and I had to cancel our Salvation Army donation truck because we were behind on the move. This was a very pricey and disappointing experience. Update to address the owner's response: I didn't know if I was billed for 3 men or twenty nor did I know the number of hours we were billed for because none of that was specified on the invoice. Additionally, I was very clear with Mr. Steven D on the phone when I called for the estimate that we had a 4 bedroom home, on a finished basement, with an attic, and a backyard that would all need moved. That's how we arrived at 4 movers. I even listed the two grills and riding lawnmower. My husband did tell him we were renting a cargo van to move our personal clothes, items in the pantry and most of our kitchen items.
