My last visit to your establishment I had a punch card that had 7 out of 10 punches. I provided it and was promptly told I had to download an app to get points now and that punch cards they didn't do this way anymore. I did explain they were my go to when I was headed to my moms in Battle Gtound but that I lived in Milwaukie, OR and I didn't know. I was working 60 hour weeks plus out of town working for 4 months in central Oregon. I got no credit for those punches if all ready accumulated and felt I was treated like I was stupid for not knowing! Not ok and to be honest the quality went way way down! I notice now the location is no longer this name, do did you sell the business? But just the way I was treated made me realize that there's a coffee shop near winco that's a local company and I've been treated better there! read more

The customer service is great. Absolute best chai. Flavorful without being too peppery and bitter. Lots of vegan options for treat to. So I did it! I finally did it! I filled up my punch card and this morning I went to get my free drink. Now I won't lie I didn't ordered off the menu I just explained what I wanted, listing off exactly what I wanted in my drink including that I wanted Coconut milk. It wasn't until I got to my mornings destination when I took my first sip and to my surprise it was made with almond milk. Now I know mistakes happen but I had to purchase 12 Drinks to finally get that one free drink, that's about $5 per drink on average (not including tip) so $60+ and after all of those perfect drinks from before, I received a free drink that was made with the wrong milk, and a bad start to my day. Three stars for the great staff and the OUTSTANDING oatmeal fruit bar. I'm new to the neighborhood and stopped by for a cold brew. Unfortunately, it was very bitter and I didn't care for it. However, I will be back again for their oatmeal/fruit bars because holy shit, it was so good. The girls working were really friendly and so helpful. I went to this coffee shop a long time ago and one of the girls was really rude. I then didn't go back for a long time and then just started to go back and another girl was even ruder compared to the first one. whatever happened to positive customer service? they not alone are rude but are so cheap with bad service. each time I buy a muffin they just hand it to me in their hand instead of putting it in a bag. how tacky and unsanitary is that. I have to ask for a bad and then when I ask for napkins they only put one or two napkins in and I ask for a few more and they complain. the muffins are big and crumbs get all over the place. how cheap and tacky. I have to ask for a straw each time and when I use to buy muffins for the office they cram several muffins in a small brown bag all crumpled up and I then I have to ask for separate bags for each staff and napkins, they complain again. what in the world is going on here? they don't give me a receipt for my work and I have to ask for it each time. I hand them some change and she complains " you need to give me the exact change " I said you have to count it anyway. why complain? just count it and give me a receipt, right. its such a headache and hassle there. and they yell at you so loud in the early mornings. I had also ordered my food on the side window while standing there and they help all the cars first even though I was standing there for a long time before certain cars pulled up, and it's freezing cold. I went to their site and left several emails for the owner to contact me and never got a response back and their phone line is always busy or off the hook. Dutches down the street is a million times better. they are cheaper and the coffee is great. I researched the coffee and its top grade. And such positive service each time. no kidding. and you only need ten to get a free coffee or whatever you want. and revive makes you wait till you have 12. and they took my card that was filled up and didn't even tell me the next day was a raffle so to put my name on the back. these girls need to learn manners and better customer service and stop being in such a rush and not give you a bag or straw or receipt. the owner needs to know about this. I sure hope the owner he or she reads this! maybe the two rude girls did me a big favour because Dutches is so much better. you should only go to where the positive people are and where the service is so much better. right! just keep on driving to dutches down the street at the hazel del crossing. read more

Everyone is so nice there. I like the consistency of how they make the drinks. There's only maybe 2 girls who don't make it the same as everyone else which kind of irritates me when I pull up and see one of them lol. Otherwise, the espresso is delicious! I get an iced Caramel latte every time! Their cookies are really good too! I love how fast they are too. If there's a long line they'll run out to everyone window and get their order so it's ready when you pull up. read more

Long live Revive! I love this place! The coffee is consistently amazing. At first I was skeptical due to the location behind a Chevron gas station but don't let looks be deceiving. The coffee is spot on every time. They offer different daily specials each week and they are always fun and delicious. Their monthly "freeze" is also very good. Homemade whip cream in all different favors also add a fun twist to a usual drink. Like them on Facebook and they do great deals (like $2 base drink or TRIPLE punches on your card). Not only is the coffee great but the baristas are super friendly and remember my name and drink each time I go thru.
