The owner was very upset someone would want to return something. He kept saying they did not do that (which was confusing because I had already exchanged a book once, a Superman collection) and that only Amazon did that and added that it was "the stupidest thing I have heard". I told him as politely as possible to not call me stupid, and will go back tomorrow to either get my money back. Either way, it's a good store for game playing, but not comics. No one ever knows about the comics I ask for. It's terrible owner is impolite and I wonder if it was because I am latin american?

I can tell you that this store is huge, neatly set up, and boasts an ungodly amount of comics, collectibles, figurines, toys, games, cards, books, posters (check out the very foxy Supergirl) across the pop culture spectrum of movies, television, comic books, super heroes & villains. They even have a small sports card section, so every branch of the Nerd Tree is represented here! They don't have a website, but have a Facebook page on their business card, which I included as a photo.

I then bought another 18 comic book full set for $15 and with 2 missing books (that was clearly marked as missing) and I found the other 2 online, so now I have the full set, and it only cost me $24 in all - you can't beat these prices. I'm not looking for comic books that are in perfect condition, although, most that I have received are in great condition and inside protective sleeves. I'm 54 years young and enjoying being able to buy full sets of of the classics. Great store, and I can't wait to buy my next full series.

Being Lord of the Rings fans, the name itself drew us in! The place is decent sized, and has a pretty good selection of a variety of board games! They also had a small book section of new and used fantasy and sci-fi books. They had a huge section of LOTR, of course, and I saw many Star Trek and Star Wars books as well. A lot of classics! The prices seemed pretty on par with other game stores. A few of the larger games were a bit pricey than normal, but that is pretty typical with small business game stores. They had a large magic and dungeon and dragons items if you're into that. Definitely a place I'd come back to when I'm in the area.

I ended up getting a Smurfette figurine while my husband chatted with the owner, I think. He graciously was giving my husband price estimates and guidelines even though my husband was thinking about selling his comics on Ebay. This guy really knew his stuff and had such a depth of comic history and information about various characters. He had also worked at the theater for 20 years, and my husband and him compared memories of the theater and we got to hear about secret, historical things in the theater as well. Really a great guy and making the store a wonderfully, helpful resource. It is guys like him that make small towns a special place to visit and the world a smaller, more friendly, warmer, better place.

I'm not a huge comics type of gal but my better half sure does love them! We were on a quick weekend getaway and, after hitting up the awesome bagel spot down the street, we came right in. Cool little local spot, not a franchise, they sell a lot of local work from the area. The girl in the counter was awesome and very helpful. She was very interactive and down to earth also showed us some sections where they have the dollar comics at. We found a little gem in there and also left with one of the older original Flash issues. The owner was very reasonable and willing to even negotiate on it. I know if we lived locally I would know where to find my halfsie at, definitely in here! If we're ever back in the area, for sure I know he'll be back.
