The owner was very upset someone would want to return something. He kept saying they did not do that (which was confusing because I had already exchanged a book once, a Superman collection) and that only Amazon did that and added that it was "the stupidest thing I have heard". I told him as politely as possible to not call me stupid, and will go back tomorrow to either get my money back. Either way, it's a good store for game playing, but not comics. It seems like most of his business is either locals or people that call in to order a part that they need for their hobby.
