Comics ARE cool!" and I continued to go here through most of college whenever I was home. The owners have always been super friendly and helpful. Even if I was the only one looking for a particular comic, they'd try to track it down for me. I highly recommend this store to any comic book reader. Despite the relative smallness of it, they always managed to have whatever I was looking for.

Just by driving around the area, you can easily miss this spot because it's in between a couple of spas. The businesses around it kind of throw you off. Luckily, I was driving slow and happened to see it. It's a small place. It wasn't busy -- I guess because it was raining. Upon entering, I saw one person working. There were tables set up and the person working -- who I found out that day is the owner -- was setting up for a Magic Card Tournament. I ended up buying more than I needed to from there. While he was scanning my stuff, we just had a small chit chat. I just wanted to know how long that store's been around...all that good stuff. That's when I found out he was the owner. Great guy. However, not much I have a use for. Today was my second time I went to check out the Christmas items but again I was not impressed. What I noticed is the presence of many tweens and teens looking for a bargain. Most items are less then $5. The youngins were grooving to the music while enjoying their shopping experience. Five Below has a decent inventory of tee shirts & other clothing, beauty products, party goods, holiday decorations, gifts, arts & crafts, toys, games, books , candy, cell phone accessories and so on and so on. Although I don't see myself purchasing much here I would definitely consider getting a few gift cards and gift bags. It's only open on the weekends, but the service is always really friendly and they have some really interesting finds, everything from Yo MTV Raps and Ghostbusters cards to Star Ward micro machines and The Simpsons toys, for reasonable prices.
