I paid $1700 for the helix laser fusion treatment and when I went in for the follow up I told the technician I wasn't happy with the results and after she took some pictures to compare with the ones she had taken before the treatment she agreed that there weren't any results. She said that they would do what they needed to make it right and redo the treatment but had to clear it with her manager. The next day she text me saying they were not going to redo my treatment and that she had essentially changed her mind about my results. Don't waste your money at this place. It is clear they do not stand by their treatments or their patients. read more

I have been going to Revive for years now and I find it relaxing, enjoyable and majority of the time I benefit from and then of course happy with my treatments. It really depends on which aesthetician you get because some are better than others, but all-in-all their all trained very well and very qualified to work in a lovely place like Revive. I've had a few different types of service; standard facials, hydro facials, brow wax, brow tweeze, Botox, dysport botox and micro needling (getting tomorrow), which I can say so far all the services showed positive results leaving my skin looking and feeling rejuvenated, glowing and feeling like a lovely woman again. I was a client for almost 2 years here. I was asked if I wanted to do tattoo removal when they first started doing it. I was offered 4 free sessions and then every session after that at half price. I have a rather large tattoo on my arm I wanted removed so it was perfect being their model. My arm would get pretty swollen after but I went in yesterday (04/18/23) and I did not have the entire tattoo done, just the dark parts, which were small. My entire arm got so swollen, it was hot to the touch... I am not a doctor person, I do not go unless I HAVE to, I ended up needing to go to urgent care. The doctor said it is possible her setting were too high on the machine and gave me some stuff to help with swelling and prevent potential infection. I told McKenna this and all she could say was, "i'm sorry, I wish I could do something." The right thing to do would be to consult the NP she works under to prevent this. I was also charged the full price of a small area vs. the half price I was told. Now, another issue I have. The aesthetician I saw for almost 2 years was opening her own place and gave proper notice, then they fired her for NO reason at all.... they wanted me to see someone else and I did not want to do that.... I was in a membership, so I ended up paying to get out of my membership (it was worth it). I do not want services from a spa that treats their employees horribly. Be careful what you say in the waiting area because the cameras that are in there record sound.... there is no reason to record sound in a med spa... with it being confidential information being shared. In Washington, employers are generally allowed to record their employees in the workplace. However, you should only engage in monitoring if you have a legitimate business reason to do so." There is no legitimate reason here. Hannah at the front desk is always so cold and rude towards me. I got a call from her one day, my son was sick and I had posted he had a fever. Well someone from the spa found it and Hannah calls, "We see you have a fever, you need to reschedule your appointment." Um EXCUSE YOU? ASSUMING I am the one that has a fever? Who is the stalker on social media here? I will definitely not be returning. They also shared my tattoo removal video and I did not sign anything saying they could share that tattoo removal specifically. Dawn, the owner, kind of does her own thing apparently. She never makes anything right because she thinks she is never wrong. She is all about the money and not about the people that pay her bills. Please reconsider before coming here. I've been here a few times, staff is friendly, environment is clean and pre-covid they provided fresh, flavored water in the lobby. Sometimes you get to-go bags of samples after you pay, which is nice. On one occasion I had an issue and took it to them directly, they made it right as soon as they could. Even after booking my most recent appointment they called and let me know the esthetician I requested was going to be out that day and they offered me a few options to choose from. I recommend Revive to anyone who enjoys a calm, clean and professional retreat. Called asking for a same day Brazilian wax, they got me in. Needless to say, we all know how uncomfortable they are. My esthetician was Tillie. She made the whole experience comfortable and it was the least painful wax I've ever experienced. Nice, clean, luxurious atmosphere. It's inside the same building as hair by pals? I have been going to Revive Medical Aesthetics for over three years now and just adore this salon. From the moment you enter you are greeted by a sweet receptionist who checks you in and seats you in the inner waiting room which is serene and quiet. They offer you a beverage and let you know your clinician will come get you. I have had many facials, waxing, peels and they were all very professional and relaxing. My skin is better than it has been in years. The beds are luxurious and soft music is playing. I have been to many salons. This by far is my favorite. Tried to get an appointment here for Botox - first available appointment was not for 5 days and they refused to honor an advertised price for Botox. Also they would not book an appointment without a credit card. I doubt they have legal anti-fraud security measures in place to do this! read more

What an amazing place to go and pamper yourself silly! I have been going here for years. Every single one of the ladies that work here are top-notch, extremely professional, And just really cool. There is no judgement and I feel like all they want is for you to walk out the door a better version of yourself! They never pressure you to do anything you don't want to but when you are ready to try a new service, they are so knowledgeable and answer all your questions. I would drive to Portland for this high level of service but thank goodness I don't have to because they are right here in my own backyard!
