The first time I took my mom to one of her appointments with him, I was so impressed. He really took a lot of time with her, was so patient and kind and truly listened to her. My mom has always been very picky about her doctors and always finds reason to find someone new but after her last appointment she actually said that Dr. Aminpour may be the best doctor she's ever had. My mom lives with me and I'm her medical advocate and the fact that he's willing to collaborate with me on her labs etc. (I'm a part time health coach after having to learn to advocate for myself when I was diagnosed with multiple chronic medical conditions) says so much about his character. He truly wants the best for his patients. My husband has his first appointment with him in a couple weeks and my son will be seeing him next. If I didn't already have an excellent GP, he'd be my doctor as well. In this day and age of for profit insurance companies controlling our healthcare, it's rare to find such a kind AND smart doctor. You had toner applied which is not a peel, and 2 layers of Sensi peel which is the lightest peel there is, and 1 layer of Ultra peel which is also not intense. You did not have 5-6 layers of peel applied. More than half the people that come in are first timers and there are no issues. Most did their homework first and know what to expect, but none have ever acted like this.. Your skins reaction is totally normal, your personal reaction is the crazy part. You were given instructions and photos and a general timeline and also reassurance that this is normal. So you have what you need and there's nothing more I can give you. You just need to let the process complete.. and maybe research the next procedure before booking it so this type of incident doesn't happen again.
