Will not refund even when she knows she did a poor job--why would I return to have her do it again when the first time ended up a mess--sticky topcoat that she fixed by putting a different gel over. However, as most of us know from basic physics, a sticky surface will not adhere properly and needs to be filed off and repainted. I'd have to be crazy to do it again! What a waste of time and money. I messaged her for reassurance after a peel... this is what I got in response! Your forehead has the EXACT same treatment yet it responded differently. You had toner applied which is not a peel, and 2 layers of Sensi peel which is the lightest peel there is, and 1 layer of Ultra peel which is also not intense. You did not have 5-6 layers of peel applied. More than half the people that come in are first timers and there are no issues. Most did their homework first and know what to expect, but none have ever acted like this.. Your skins reaction is totally normal, your personal reaction is the crazy part. You were given instructions and photos and a general timeline and also reassurance that this is normal. So you have what you need and there's nothing more I can give you. You just need to let the process complete.. and maybe research the next procedure before booking it so this type of incident doesn't happen again. read more

came in early morning with my 5 & 2 years old with their ipads to keep them busy.. I've always taken them with me anywhere I went and this is the first time that as soon as we walked in the building we sat down, the woman Gloria came to us and says " oh they can't be here, you have to reschedule your appointment." There was no "hi, good morning, i'm sorry but there's no kids allowed here." She was very rude and heartless, i sure hope she does not have any any kids, because it seemed to me that she was allergic to children.... I was so shocked and embarrassed to be treated the way that she did, and I do not recommend this place and even though I only paid 28$$ for this groupon that I wanted to use so bad because it's dirt cheap, I am willing to let it expire because I wont trust her. I paid $25 deposit and set a appointment For today at 10:00 am with jasmine at Glow Beauty Bar. She never showed up, lied to me, insulted me, and stole my money. I waited there from 9:40 am to 10:30 am and I left and requested my refund after 30 min after appointment time that she never showed up for. I have all screenshots of conversations along with evidence of this fraud. She has now blocked my number and still has not issued any refund. Waiting until 1:15 pm to see if this is resolved or I will forward all this information along with screenshots to my attorney. I want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I go in and talk her ear off every 2 weeks, CONSISTENTLY. Lol I'm obsessed with the way she does my eyebrows. Some times I request thick, and others I request thin. I went there for a peel with my friends. The aesthetician made a group appointment for four people but there were only 2 beds there. The second group had to wait for 49 minutes we were not warned about this expecting four chairs as it was done once before for other people we knew. But my main dissatisfaction is that the aesthetician had an almost dry cotton while applying a peel solution on my face. No effect at all- for the first time after having it done several times before at other, respectful clinics. I easily burn in the sun and it is typical for me to have my skin flake. Moreover, my usually clear skin became rough and covered with pimples! I would never recommend to anyone to go to this place and trust your skin to those unprofessional people. read more

Then when there were 2 girls giving us facials, I was left alone for, at least 20 minutes, with a cold towel on my face. The lady who did the treatment was nice and all but the whole process was very cut and dry. They don't explain what the process entails before during or after. I had to ask her questions which I didn't feel like she was happy to answer. She just took me in and asked what I was there for and went through the procedure very quietly.
