The entire time our son has such a fun time that he asks to come to the appointments. They allow them to learn and develop skills but the children just think they're playing. The staff really develop a bond with the kids that's hard to find at most places. The building is a bit on the older side but they have a cute play area for the kids to entertain themselves in while they wait. Even with insurance it is a bit on the pricey side but well worth it!

When my cast was taken off, I could barely walk, and I was in pain after a few steps. Corey, the physical therapist here, is kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. I visited 2-3 times a week for the first couple months and weekly after that. I have seen and felt steady improvement in my gait, flexibility, and endurance since starting here. I don't believe I would be nearly as far along in my recovery if it hasn't been for going here, and I think my healing process would have stopped prematurely had I not had the benefit of this rehabilitation.

I came there from being in another Hospital for about 22 days, and I had a lot of issues going on with my health. For the two weeks I was there I was treated with such a great host of staff members in multiple positions. you all really took care of me in so many ways. I felt the concern of my well being, pleasant and joyful in serving me. From nurses, doctors, therapists, dialysis, food service, housekeeping , others in the hallways were very friendly. I know many faces, but I can't remember all the names, I am going to put up some more reviews with names that I remember. My boyfriend found this place because it was the closest to our home. When I arrived, the lobby was completely empty, so I expected to be seen quickly and I was, within 10-15 minutes.. but when you're in that much pain, even that feels like forever. I told the front desk I was in extreme pain and was literally trying to hold back my tears. Instead of offering any kind of immediate relief, they just asked a few basic questions about my weight and took my blood pressure. Then a nurse came in and said they would send a prescription to Walgreens -- no treatment, no attempt to help alleviate the pain on-site. I've had migraine attacks this severe before and usually receive an IV cocktail that helps. I was hoping for something similar, or at least something to manage the pain right away. Unfortunately, they don't offer that in this location and reason why I came in was to get some immediate help but no I left having to pay $180+ for nothing and I was just sent off to wait another hour at Walgreens for this medication. I left more stressed, still in pain, and extremely disappointed. Everyone was super nice but man our healthcare system really sucks :(

The therapists are professional and have an impressive depth of knowledge. There are some logistical challenges in the parking lot as caregivers are receiving debriefs outside (probably a Covid measure) and they block the sidewalk and/or the parking lot. Aside from that, my experience has been pleasant and easy going.
