I asked for long layers and angled face frame. while applying my toner she was extremely aggressive with any knots and pulled so many through. during my haircut she was also aggressive with brushing my hair and detangling while cutting. I was uncomfortable with the entire service from start to finish and I ended up with a much shorter and botched haircut than asked.
