This young girl ruined my eyebrows. She rushed and I was done in record time but the results were NOT worth it. She Butchered one of them, left hair and a gaping whole with a cut!! I didn't realize I was bleeding til I got home !!!! They don't even match now!!! I have thick eyebrows so much to work with! Now they are thin and I need to pencil them because she RUINED THEM!! When I called to make an appointment, I let them know I was a first-time customer for them. I was warmly welcomed and given an appointment that worked with my schedule for the next day. When I got there I checked in on Yelp and was so excited to see a 10% off coupon for first-time customers. That excitement was quickly deflated when I was advised that they were not honoring it any more and they have asked Yelp to take it down but they haven't. Unfortunately, this was where they lost a star in my rating. :( Despite that, the experience was very relaxing, calm & professional. We didn't feel rushed at all, which I really liked. On this visit, we splurged on a mani pedi for both myself and my daughter. We were both very pleased with not only their care and service in our experience but with the overall appearance of our nails. We'll see how long it lasts.
