Doctor Bulow and Dr Savage are amazing. I went in with severe vertigo and unable to leave my house. Testing was done and the upper cervical adjustments began. After the first adjustment there was improvement and as the appointments progressed I started to feel so much better. I now can go shopping and attend family functions. My hearing has also improved. The best thing of all, I haven't had a vertigo attack since my treatments started. I only wish I had known about this clinic years ago. Anyone out there who has hearing loss, vertigo, migraines or any kind of neck issues should make an appointment soon and get checked out. I've been to a lot of chiros, and Dr. Bulow is unlike any of them. He listens attentively and then explains how his treatments will help your condition. I had odd symptoms with my neck, eyes and head that my M.D. dismissed after one x-ray. Dr. Bulow took my complaints seriously and formulated a custom plan that got rid of them! Also, my annoying tinnitus disappeared. I would recommend Dr. Bulow and his awesome staff to anyone who wants to understand their problem and feel better fast. The office is very warm and inviting and they often hold mini-events like "luau day" or "Star Wars Day" etc. They also hold collections for needy groups. Dr. Ian is very friendly and his clinic is very clean, modern and beautiful. The reason I'm giving only two stars is because I didn't know that I could get worse that much. After taking about 12 sessions in his clinic I was in the wheelchair and in so much pain. The only reason that I continue his treatment despite the fact of ao much pain os because he told me that is normal, that it was a good improvement which wasn't true at least for me. I have asked him so many times if it was normal to feel so much strong headaches and even more pain he said yes. So I trusted on him but unfortunately I got really bad that I couldn't even walk for many days. I was surviving with steroids and many painkillers every day until I my PCP told me he wouldn't give more steroids. After talking to my PCP and Rheumatologist she said that I should quit before. She said: "if hurts, STOP IT, understand?!" She got really upset to me for I haven't quit this treatment before. After quitting he told me about a less aggressive treatment but why only after about 4 months suffering so much pain ending up in a wheelchair he came to tell me about a mild treatment?! Why didn't not tell me before?! At least he apologized for that. To sum up: I not only lost my money and my time but also I got worst than ever BUT if you still want to try it DO NOT PAY the whole amount like I did, pay in small parts. read more

Dr. Ian is FANTASTIC. My husband and I drove from Washington, D.C. to meet with him since he was the most qualified in the Blair Upper Cervical technique in driving distance. We cannot begin to describe how much we appreciate everything that he did to make us feel like a priority. He took a great deal of time with us, had done research for people my husband could see in our area as a follow up, and moved his schedule around to maximize our experience. We stayed overnight in a hotel and had sessions in the evening and again in the morning. Dr. Ian is very personable, completely present, open to any and all questions, and made us feel hopeful that my husband could finally find relief from daily headaches. He was so great we are considering flying to see him once a week or twice a month, depending on my husband's experience with a more local doctor. Either way, we will be sure to come back and get monitored by him when we can. If you have head or neck pain and have not found relief through other modalities, I would highly recommend Dr. Ian. My daughter was severely injured playing soccer overseas. After numerous regular doctor and specialist appointments only made her condition worse, and, although hesitant to allow anyone to manipulate my child's neck, Dr. Bulow showed both scientific reasoning ( CT Scans) and a common sense treatment outline to alleviate my fears. Medicine can not realign two vertebrea and UPMC Children's Hospital and AHN Hospitals only doped her up and recomended physical therapy or surgery. Unable to walk into the building for the first adjustment, she walked out of the office and building on her own after the adjustment. This is not a "cure" but the relief from symptoms and ability to regain a semblence of her independance is as miraculous today as it was nearly four years ago. Ian and his wife and staff treat patients like family and never force treatments on clients. Holistic practicioners get a bad name from conventional doctors but the proof is in how you feel moving forward from injury or disease symptoms toward recovery and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, MAINTENANCE. I have been to many chiropractors over the last 30 years, and also had cervical spine surgery in 2010, removing 2 discs in my neck and getting a plate and screws (this surgery kept me from paralysis, but did nothing for the pain). In the past the chiropractors were able to give me minimal relief and I resigned to the fact that I would be in severe pain for the rest of my life. When I was referred to Dr. Bulow because I moved to Cranberry, I assumed that it would be much of the same (minimal relief and lots of visits).
