I've been going to CCH for close to 12 years now. The staff is super friendly and caring, from front office staff to the doctors. I have seen all the doctors on staff and can attest to their caring nature and professionalism. They have seen all my children and are currently working with my son who also has migraines. Chiropractic care is the only thing that has healed my migraines and I am grateful to CCH for taking care of this as well as my back/neck after my car accident. They also have specialized equipment that helps give addiction treatment to specific issues. I.e. decompression machine, my go to. They are upfront about costs, which I appreciate and will give you a detailed plan along with out of pocket costs. Insurance companies do not cover a lot. They haven't caught on to how beneficial chiropractic care is. Hopefully soon they will. They also give back BIG TIME to charities and the community. During Covid while I was pregnant and in a boot from a fall, they delivered me diapers and other essentials to help get me stocked since I had trouble getting out. My son and I love Dr. Gina! For reference, he will be 7 weeks old tomorrow. He has been struggling with painful reflux and predominately favoring keeping his head turned to the left side. This was not my first chiropractic visit but due to change in insurance/in network providers, I made an appointment with CCH. I phoned in to schedule. The scheduler asked how I was referred. I explained I found them from my insurance list of in network providers. I provided my insurance info. There was no referral, no first customer special was known or ever mentioned nor was I made aware of any fees by CCH, Beware of undisclosed charges and fees. There were no other patients In the office. I was escorted to a room and shown an infomercial video and then taken to another room by a Dr who asked what I do, what I like to do etc. First warning sign, no other patients. The Dr took an X-ray and proceeded to examine. The exam consisted of an awkward few minutes of a shady Dr having me stand up, and turn around while he stared at me from behind. Without even touching my spine or back at all, without reviewing or showing the Xray, he determined what I would need. He immediately got me on the books and scheduled to return in 2 days. This was his top priority! Money making scam! After the exam the Dr escorted me to the front desk. The receptionist informed me I owed $39.00. I questioned the $39 charge and explained my co payment is $10. She informed me "That's not how we work". After arguing with her and maybe 4 others they called to the desk, the Dr took me to another room to whisper the explanation of "to be honest we donate the $39 to charity". I informed him I would not be returning, asked him to cancel my next appointment. He responded with "Im sorry we're not a good fit" and escorted me back to the desk where they took $39 payment. After leaving and at the suggestion of my insurance company I later called CCH to demand a refund. CCH called me back either later that day or could have been the next day to say they would void the payment. I then filed a formal complaint and was provided a response full of lies, here are some: "Our office attempted to verify" - CCH did not. I asked the front desk to do that and was told "that's not how we work". I provided insurance information prior to my visit and a copy was taken immediately upon check in. Copay amounts are listed on the face of the insurance card yet were ignored "We get very busy and are not able to verify immediately" - Verification could have been done in the days prior to appointment. I presented insurance card upon checking in, copay amounts are clearly listed on the card. Appointment was during the "busiest time" - there were no cars in the parking lot when I arrived, so empty that I questioned if I was in the right place. I was the only patient inside with only one other person in the entire office when I checked out. "We explained in that exact moment that we could not verify" - and the explanation given was "that's not how we work" if turns out my copay is $10 CCH would credit me for a future visit. If you can't verify then you should NOT collect. I was asked for my insurance card upon checking in and it was presented and copied. Dr's offices have a system for verifying and my insurance card had co payments listed on the front. Office staff had plenty of time during this "busiest time" to bring 4 people to the front desk to explain "we don't work that way" and had time for the Dr to pull me into a room (away from the one person in the lobby) to say "we donate to charity". The Dr said that I was aggressive to his wife, but that "she is tough". Demanding a contracted insurance copayment be honored is not aggressive. Implying that his tough wife had to take any form of aggressive behavior from me is offensive to me. Upfront transparent estimates would have avoided this. Patients should be informed of the $39 mandatory charitable donation prior to the visit, prior to X-ray, prior to anything done beyond the front reception area. "We decided to void the $39 payment AS the patient was leaving the office" - FALSE, AFTER paying I exited, if it was known that payment would be voided as I was leaving then I should have been informed AS I was leaving. This never happened. I left and as I was driving called my insurance company who advised me to call CCH and demand a refund, which I did and was told again that's not their policy and someone would be reaching out. Later that evening CCH called to say they were going to void the charge. "The patient received no formal treatment.....because she did not return" - I did not return because I cancelled any follow up visit before ever giving payment and before leaving. CCH implied that I was a no show. "We've been providing transparent good faith estimates....for 20 years" - transparent good faith estimates are given PRIOR TO any visit. No surprises! Insured patients with copays already established by accepted insurance co's, should be honored. CCH is a shady business for profit and scam people out of money. File a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office if you have experienced this behavior. read more

*FYI I have never had Chiropractic done before coming here!* I started going to CCH about 4 weeks ago due to having severe back pain which caused me to not be able to sleep for more than an hour a night for a month. I have always had back pain but this was extreme. Specialized back doctors typically push medication and surgery but I am currently pregnant and wanted to avoid that type of stress on the baby. When I came in, the staff was very welcoming and understanding of my situation. They typically do x-rays on their patients but obviously I couldn't (with the pregnancy) so they did a physical exam and explained the issues they are seeing and explained everything they can do and offer. Not once did they leave any question or concern unanswered. The major concern I had was would this affect my pregnancy and I learned they handled a lot of pregnant patients before and after delivery. Now to the treatment, I am currently (as I write this review) halfway through my treatment plan and I must say I have never felt better and I can sleep again. I still have minor aches but it's 90% better than it was before. Gina has done wonders and she's very accommodating. When she is not there, Tony works on me and he is wonderful as well. After the treatment every appointment, you have to do physical therapy and it can be difficult at first, but it does get easier. If you are in too much pain, they will find alternatives or take it easier on you that day. The women who watch you during therapy are wonderful! They are very reassuring and understanding of everyone's situation and they take your mind off the therapy while you are doing it. After therapy, you get to do cooldown therapy (Stim, massage rollers, etc), which I currently am only on rollers which I absolutely love! The best part is after all of this therapy, when I leave, I feel better than before I go in (which is rare after physical therapy in general). The receptionists are amazing, they understand that life gets in the way and when I need to reschedule appointments, they always find a time slot that works perfect for me without going more than 2 days later (where most places it's like 2 weeks or longer). Do not mistaken this as they are not busy, this place is always busy but you're still treated like a valued patient and you are never rushed. As for payments, they set you up day one on a payment option, but if you have to move a payment around, they work with you without refusing treatment (they care about their patients health more than money which is a win for me). Someone mentioned this place was pushy in one of the reviews, I am not sure where they got that from, from my experience they are everything but pushy! I even had my husband come in and he was iffy about Chiropractic care, so after his evaluation he was about to refuse the treatment plan and they were understanding and told him if he changes his mind that they would be be there. After I got my treatment that day, he decided to go through with it and they fit him right in after me. He is now also a patient. Overall, I know I wrote a LONG review, but honestly, this place saved me from going to a back specialist and kept me from a possible pain med addiction and/or surgery. I have been going for several years now and I seriously never had a negative experience. Everyone there is warm and welcoming and it has a cozy environment. I really like the sunlamps they have. The sublamps provide extra comfort and relaxation from my experience. They also have a room for young children/toddlers to play in, and it is very safe and appropriate. IT IS NOT A SCAM. People just simply fail to understand treatment of almost all kinds are going to be expensive without insurance, and you shouldn't be uninsured at any time in your life. This Program is a complete RIP off in my informed opinion. There goal is to develop a program for an individual that includes numerous contractual visit at significant cost and to sell additional Services to enhance profit. There ultimate goal is to enhance profits and not reduce or eliminate pain for patients. After seeing this practice, I have learned from other chiropractic clinics that this clinic has a less than favorable reputation in the Cranberry community. My experience on two visits was costly, stressful and in no way improved my physical wellbeing but it did diminish budget. On each visit services were added that my Federal Blue Cross and Blue Shied refused to pay. If you're in need of a chiropractor there are plenty to choose from in the area. I originally went with complete chiropractic for a chronic lower back issue. Needless to say, I still have the issue even after a year's worth of visits. My experience was borderline laughable. Laugh at me for falling for their process, and laughing at them for their well made facade. The process is exactly what reviewer Zach N. Stated. Each time I arrived for an "adjustment" I waited for about 5 mins, taken back to an exam room (with the door wide open), spoke to a chiropractor (rarely the same each time) for maybe 5 minutes, they would "adjust" my back then send me out to perform stretches and finally a short session on a vibrating table. In essence I had my insurance pay $40 per visit to say hello to a different chiropractor each visit, do stretches, and lay on a vibrating table. Not worth it in my book. Lastly, they don't have much in terms of clinical, or empirical evidence that their therapies actually work. Most of their evidence is in the form of patient testimonials. Now I completely understand that everyone is different and their chiropractic needs vary from patient to patient. BUT I suggest you shop around and as I said, there's no shortage of effective chiropractors in and around Cranberry. read more

Complete Chiropractic is very scripted. You have to watch a video before they will even treat you and they give you a little folder with information and pictures basically making you think that if you don't seek treatment you're going to end up being crippled. The staff was very friendly. I just feel like I paid a lot of money and it didn't help me. After being treated by another chiropractor, I realize the big difference. and I love the place I'm at now. I felt like I was another number and they just ran people through like a mill. If you like that kind of an environment and your insurance pays for it, go for it! read more

I was skeptical of chiropractic care because I knew very little about it, but I started having lower back trouble and decided to try it out as my husband had a lot of success. I am happy to report that after several visits I no longer have back pain. I keep doing the exercises they show me which helps too. I started going to Complete Chiropractic during my first pregnancy 5 years ago. I was experiencing back pain as well as severe headaches. After just the first visit, the pain had decreased. I went the rest of the pregnancy and through my entire 2nd pregnancy because it reduced the constant headaches and my back pain so I could continue to work out and be healthy for my children. All of the doctors and staff are customer centric and always make you feel like family. The Doctors listen to your needs as a patient and adjust accordingly. They truly care about their patients and I would highly recommend them to everyone as I do all of my family, colleagues, friends and anyone that I hear says they need to make a chiropractor appointment. They got $100 from me, don't let it happen to you. This is exactly the type of practice that keeps people away from the chiropractor. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went because the other person was exactly right. I went in with a specific issue that I have had a chiropractor adjust previously. I went in, filled out their 7 pages of paperwork, had the front desk girl put on an infomercial for me to watch, recorded it and sent it to my wife because I thought it was a joke. It wasn't. The joke was when the chiropractor came in and told me, she saw the issue, knew that it could be corrected, but they DO NOT ADJUST the first time you are in, they make you take X-rays in the 1980's X-ray machine that was 1 month from being out of certification, have you leave in the same condition and schedule another appointment so they can bill you for every visit. It's a SCAM and an embarrassment for Cranberry Township. Those people should be ashamed of themselves. read more

The experience was miserable! They typically don't adjust you until the next day! They had me show up a half hour early to fill out 6 pages of paperwork. Took me back to a room and made me watch a video on what chiropractor's do, even though I said I've been numerous times and I'm familiar. Then an assistant asked me lots of unnecessary questions that I'd rather just tell the Doctor or it was already covered on the 6 pages of paperwork. The chiropractor finally shows up, evaluates you, then tells you he doesn't touch you until he gets X-rays and wants you to come back the next day. The X-ray machine is something from the 80's. After X-rays they bill you and send you on your way. But I was very lucky and they told me I could come back later in the afternoon. So 5 hrs later after going home, canceling my other plans I had for the day, sitting around in agonizing pain, I showed back up! Lucky me I got to spend more time in the waiting room until they took me back to a consultation room. 20 min later the chiropractor comes in, goes over the video, X-rays, and feeds you a bunch of BS about how this is an issue that has been developing for years and that it will take 12 sessions to complete. Also he said he went out of his way to see and adjust me in the same day. He leaves then the billing girl comes in and explains your insurance to you and told me it was going to be $2200 to get my back adjusted. A TOTAL SCAM!! THEN FINALY you get to see the chiropractor, he barely moved my neck to the side while sitting in a chair then he had me lay down on the bed. He pushed on my back once, yes once, 1 time, and said we need to have you come back. I think he wanted me to leave in pain and not fully adjusted so I'd have to come back. No hand shake, no thank you, no I hope you feel better!!! All this time my back feels like the worst tooth ache. Afterwards you get some electric shock therapy and then they put tape where u were adjusted. All pretty worthless considering the tape was placed in the wrong place. I'll never go back here again nor refer it. They are all about making money and progressing your healing process as slow as possible in order to make more money. I went to another chiropractor 4 days later that's located in the area and they got me in and out in a half hour, fully adjusted me that day, and I feel great. read more

The doctor spent an hour with me on Day 1, taking x-rays and gathering information during my "free" visit. I provided my insurance card and the doctors knew what would be covered. I returned on Day 2 for treatment, an adjustment with a chiropractor I didn't request and some K-taping, decompression, and exercises by what I suspect was an office-trained staff member. After all of the treatment, I was escorted to a room where the financial person explained my bill for my co-pay plus additional charges. This place should have gone over my covered services before someone who wasn't a chiropractor performed treatment!!! And I was told I would need 12 visits to fix my problem. Complete Chiropractic Health has saved me! I'm a stay at home mom with two children under 2 (both of which are in the 99th percentile for height and weight). Needless to say I need my back to operate properly in order to take care of my family. I could feel my lower back getting weaker and weaker from overuse. Then one Tuesday evening I turned the wrong way and I had extreme lower back pain and I was unable to stand up straight. I barely slept that night from pain. On Wednesday I hobbled into CCH and was seen by Dr. Gina. She was very patient and kind and listened to my issues. I was most upset that day because I had a much needed girls weekend planned with my best friends that weekend, but I didn't think I could go because I was in so much pain. Dr. Gina told me, "Don't worry we will get you better for your Girls Weekend!" When I left that day I was feeling better. I actually went back on Thursday and Friday of that week as well. Guess what....by Friday I was able to go on my Girls Weekend! She recommended a treatment plan of adjustments and rehab which I have been following.
