No one seems to know what is going on or how to help people, and those who were amazing have quit due to the HORRIBLE work conditions. They push too many supplements or hike their prices way up and you can't see them without a membership or buying an OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive programs which hardly covers anything and then you still have to pay for services. I really do not know where my money is going to other than probably the owners pockets for all of their trips. All their knowledge, skill level and personalities are excellent. As a client, the "feel" and atmosphere is part of my PT. I am currently having a problem with the new financial policy, my out of pocket expense has so increased. The additional expense is bad enough on Social Security, but to raise the amount in the middle of treatment does not seem ethical or fair. I agreed to come the visits needed to help my situation knowing what I was going to have to invest financially. How can a healing experience that was so perfect turn into so much concern? I can't be the only disappointed client. I fully understand and expect, once discharged, if I have to come back for another series of treatment appointments, to have to adhere to the increased pricing. I am asking for myself and those of us who are already into treatment, and almost completed, to continue to let us pay as agreed when the treatment started.
