I was there about a week ago, Checking on bathroom glass shower enclosure. The person who welcomed me and was helping was super knowledgable and very friendly and helpful. Rex Glass has a lot of very nice custom glass solutions. I asked for a call back to set up an appointment for measuring and for the rep to give me options. I waited almost 2 weeks since there and no one ever called me back. Too bad the customer service in the store was fantastic, But i never got to use them as no one called me back??? I went with another glass manufactuer. I give the in store customer service 4 stars as he was extremely helpful. Unfortunately as far as i am concerned i gave Rex 1 star as they never called me back for an appointment. overall i am tossing up 2 & 3 stars?????? I will give them 2 stars as i can not rate there service or the measuring service. read more

Rex Glass had custom made 3 stained glass windows for me in 2009 and 2020. I worked with carol and she was great. Carol retired earlier this year. I signed a contract for 2 stained glass windows in my bathroom. It took time to negotiate the contract and choose the design and colors mostly as Rex glass was slow to respond. But I finally signed the contract in March and the windows were scheduled to be complete 8-10 weeks later. September rolled around and I called to follow up. Turns out Rex glass never even started working on my order, cancelled it, then told me they were getting out of the stained glass business. Beyond frustrating. They did refund my 50% deposit so I give them 2 stars. The whole experience was terrible and I will not work with them in the future. read more

I have had a number of jobs done by Rex...custom leaded glass, seamless shower surround, etc. they are local to me and the path of least resistance. Historically their quality is good, but their responsiveness and post-sales support is below the line. Their responsiveness is directly correlated to the $ size of the job. If it is less than $5,000 then know that your order does not mean much to them. The premium they charge does not equal the value of the experience or end product. read more

Rex glass was recommended to us by our realtor as the best of the best. We needed 3 new sliding glass doors and a few windows. It took a while to set-up someone to come for an estimate (2 weeks) although they are quick to get you the quote and even longer to have someone come out and remeasure (another 2 weeks). This is all after calling many times and having the person answering being rude to you. If you are expecting good customer service and want the job done in less than 2-3 months forget this company. When our glass finally came in (5 weeks) it was the wrong size so we waited two more weeks for it to be reordered plus another 2 weeks to set-up an installation date. They are very busy and I do understand that they have been short staffed due to COVID. We finally had the date set and they called that morning to cancel as they claimed to have a "glass emergency." We finally found out after numerous calls our glass got broken so back to square one. I was ready to report them to the Better Business Bureau when we finally got a new installation date three weeks later. It has been almost three months and we finally got our windows and doors installed. The price was reasonable and the two guys did a wonderful job. They were quick and followed all safety procedures hence the three stars. I really hope they can improve the customer service on the front end for the future. read more

Professional from the beginning to the end.Dorn first took my phone call . Rick Klein, Sales Rep, did initial measurements and gave me the quote. Technician Scott came out to double check the measurements. They have the Trapezoids made specially and didn't like how one was made. So Dorn sent it back. Great quality control!. Then Scott and Dave did an very efficient installation without any problems. I highly recommend Rex for any custom made glass. My wife and I wish we had done it sooner.
