We waited sometime, but once seen by Annie, the lead Vet Tech, she asked about my concerns with Mocha. Once I spoke with her, Dr. Blake came in and did his annual check up. Assessed his condition. Stated he was quite well except for his eye which has glaucoma and dry eye and addressed his allergies. He had two allergy shots, and a refill. Glad I can tell he's already feeling better.

She cut off all of his beard and mustache. Chopped his ears, with one being 1 1/2" shorter than the other. COMPLETELY BUTCHERED my dog!!! Not only that, but my dog shakes violently when we pull up.
