Also bought the comb and slicker brush that was recommended in order to care for coat the weeks between. Groomer was helpful at first but as time went on lost temper and was very unprofessional with us and contradicts his price now saying dog takes too long to groom. Groom was fine but said we don't know how to take care of the dog's coat. Suggestion: Don't use this groomer if you have a large poodle or doodle. His clients apparently are mostly small designer dogs NOT large ones with tight thick coats and are over 30-40 pounds. Groomer is not a fan of any dog that takes more than 1/2 hour lol to groom!

I stopped in after having a not…read moreso great experience with two previous groomers for my elderly Cavapoo and thought I'd pop in after his vet appointment along with my toy poodle. Talked to them for a good 45 minutes and felt so bad because I asked a lot of questions but they were so welcoming and reassuring. They are charming, very friendly with great personalities, and are so knowledgeable. I let them have free range with Minerva's (toy poodle) haircut with the request of shaved feet. He went above and beyond my expectations! I've been searching for over 2 years for a reputable groomer to make her look cute and she's always come back butchered. She's the softest I've ever had her and smells amazing. Usually there's a little underlying scent of dirty dog after a grooming at most places but she's SO CLEAN! The double shampooing they do really makes them stand out. They clean the inside of the ears and also grind the nails so my cankles aren't getting torn apart when she jumps at me which is very much appreciated. I can't say enough positive things about them and I'm very happy to find someone who knows what they're doing. All of the dogs I've seen leaving their establishment have looked adorable. They did not inform me upon pick up and looking back seemed to cover it up because they took my dogs harness and went back and put it on him to cover up the 1 inch cut. (I noticed the other two pick ups harnessed their own dogs) So of course I noticed when we got home. I called and no "recollection" of it happening and turned it around on me as if it was there before Which I assured them it was not.
