He had a friendly personality, arrived on time and did most of the work in the rain. When I was putting my items in the finished shed, I noticed extra pieces amongst the paper trash. They turned out to be connectors that should have been installed. In addition the doors wouldn't close properly. I contacted Alfredo and he came out to install the connectors and fix the doors. Later I realized that he had inserted a folded piece of cardboard under a corner of the shed to level it so the doors would close. He did not mention this to me or make any arrangements to fix the leveling issue that I had paid him for. He was defensive when I contacted him about it, but finally agreed to come out and fix it if I emptied out the shed. I knew that this would take some time to arrange as I am a senior citizen, so I told him that I would reach out when I was able to make arrangements with to empty and cover my storage items. When I notified him, he didn't respond for several days until I asked him if he was ghosting me. At that point he said that he was too busy and would "try" to fit me into his schedule when he had time. I finally had enough and said that it was almost 2 months since the project was supposed to be completed and I needed him to make time to fix it right away. He stopped communicating with me. Now I will need to hire someone else to properly level my shed, which will not only cost me more, it will take away the use of the shed as it is being repaired. Because this is outside the 30 days of the Yelp guarantee because of the reoccurring issues, I will be out of pocket. I recommend that you do not hire this person.

We received very professional service from Steve Reyes Concrete Placement. We needed to have two…read moreslabs poured for a total of about 650 square feet. One area would include a hot tub. We requested several quotes from landscapers and concrete companies. We were ghosted by a couple of the other concrete companies, and received quite expensive quotes from landscapers. Steve arrived promptly to examine the work needed and provided a quote that night. From there, he got the work scheduled quickly, and his crew ensured that the work followed the right prioritization so that we could smoothly complete inspections with the city. Along the way, we received frequent and accurate communications from Steve and his crew. The work happened when they said it would, and they handled a rain delay smoothly, as well (had to reschedule by two days for the actual pour so the ground could dry out again). The concrete work looks to be very well done. We're looking forward to using it soon! We think we have most of the major concrete work done for our yard, now, but if have a future need, we will definitely use Steve again.

He was here every Friday needing more money and took 3 weeks longer than quoted. Never finished the job completely.
