I tried to contact Denis over the next several days with no response, in the meantime the green highlights were becoming more pronounced. After 7 days I had Jen at Ulta fix my hair and she did a beautiful job!!! Denis finally contacted me with a text (9 days later) and I told him what had happened and his response was "did they fix it" Unbelievable! I asked for a refund and never heard back from him.
