When Jo came in, I kept trying to explain why I was there, but she kept interrupting me and attempting to guess why I was there rather than listening. She was very quick and impersonal and when we were done, she did not say anything to me, she just wrote a prescription and walked out the door. I had many questions and concerns but she did not give me one chance to express them, nor did she tell me I was okay, inform me about the prescription, or alert me to the fact that the exam was finished. I will not be going back.
