They are unwilling to correct their errors. we are given a song and dance by all. They have made a huge mistake that has gone unresolved. I reported fraud as soon as I was alerted that withdrawal was made from account. I only used that card to withdraw money from àn ATM inside a 7-11 across from job at 122 s belvidere St on Richmond VA. 24hrs later there's $1000 gone from my account. They are not taking my claim seriously. They denied my claim and I had to appeal that denial. This happened Feb 24 2023 and I am having the hardest time getting them to give me money back. I have called the owners of the the ATM I used at the 711 and the one where it says the withdrawal was made which was at a hospital ATM. They both told me I had to talk to card issuer which I told them I had already done. I didn't make that withdrawal and there needs to be done a proper investigation..I feel my only option is to file a police report cause I don't know what else to do. Don't get that card!! I never want somebody to have to go thru what I am currently going thru right now.
