I'm not sure how this company has such stellar reviews. Their great rating was the reason I went with them in the first place. I went with them last year to lay irrigation down in my front yard with a whole new system with foundation plantings to be watered by drip irrigation. With the really hot summer of 2025, I called two times for them to come out because the foundation plants were not adequately watered with drip irrigation. The first time, Reynolds came really quickly. The second time, I was told that I could change the amount of water myself on the app and that the team had already come out once to service me and that they had changed out 3 leaks in the drip system for free! The issue is, drip irrigation put in place did not reach all the plants - even though I was told it would- so I could increase the amount of water as much as I want and all it would do it drown some plants while others stay dry. Fast forward a year later, some very valuable trees have withered and died -3 japanese maples and 1 blue spruce along with some other shrubs. They also neglected to tell me that they reduced the amount of water everything was getting by 1/3 last summer because of the water shortage. They probably thought homeowners can change this themselves if plants look like they need more water. But we were away for July 2025 and came back to dead trees. An email telling us that they were doing this would have gone a long way. After thousands of dollars, I'm now back at square one and needing another system. Oh, they also told me they would change my old system (valves etc) and they didn't. They retrofitted everything to an old 30 year old system - I was told this when I got a new estimate recently. I was also told that the drip irrigation system was improperly installed, not suitable for my foundational plantings and were getting leaks because they didn't put a regulator in for that much water pressure. It would have been good for them to tell me that before installing the system. What a mess! Stay Away! read more

I used them to open up my system. They charge me for a bunch of sprinkler heads. Paid almost $500 then we find out that they couldn't possibly justify changing the sprinkler heads nor charge me for opening the system because there was something wrong with my water pressure so obviously every sprinkler head would not work properly, I gave them a month to fix the problem. They don't even answer my calls. in conclusion you can't charge somebody for changing sprinkler heads that never needed changing and you can't charge someone to open the system. If it can't be opened properly. I was more than happy to pay to have the sprinkler system fixed , but they gave me the run around and never completed the job read more

Mike provided the most affordable quote for our half acre property starting with 6 zones and expandable up to 14. We knew we wanted to have some 3 drip irrigation zones, so they ran those and left connections for later for when we could plant those areas. When we got the trees in, Mike was there within 24 hours to get them irrigation. They even setup an App that won't run the sprinklers when it rains and it also let's me manage the sprinklers from my phone. I found these guys online because the company I was dealing with before wasn't interested in repairing my sprinkler system after I had the driveway done, they wanted to reinstall the whole system for more money than they charged me the last time and they blamed it on Covid. What can I say? I'm a new homeowner with little knowledge of owning an actual house, let alone a lawn with a sprinkler system. When it came time to take care of business, I went to YouTube to get advice from the DIY folks through passive learning. I was about to buy a pancake compressor, try to find any and all plumbing bits, and pray that I didn't blow anything up, or heck, cause a flood somewhere. The owner was very professional, wore a mask due to the pandemic, and was very patient when I couldn't even unlock my own backyard. You may think I'm a putz, but honestly, the lock rusted. I was having some problems with some of my sprinklers. They didnt seem to be adequately watering and reaching some areas. Called Reynolds and even in the middle of there busiest season they showed up the next day. i couldnt be more pleased with the work that was done. They turned on each and every zone and he watched how much water and the patterns of spray. It was fun watching someone who knows so much about his job working. In a matter of an hour all my heads were either adjusted or had nozzle replacements. A couple heads were swapped out altogether. My lawn has already started to green up better. Couldn't be happier with the work performed and the cost. It was very reasonable. The crew he brought over to help him were some of the nicest younger guys I have met in a long time. Picked Reynolds Irrigation at random two years ago. They came and installed my system quickly and very professionally. I had forgotten to leave the basement door open for them and they were unable to finish the installation the same day. I had no idea they had even run all the piping and installed the sprinkler heads when I got home as the yard looked completely undisturbed. Mike came back and finished the next day. Called Reynolds Irrigation after dealing with many incompetent irrigation companies on the east end over the last 8 years or so. What a breath of fresh air. They sent two techs, Jason and Ben. Two young guys who had more knowledge than any of the "experienced" techs from other companies . These guys worked hard, were super knowledgeable and fixed our issue within minutes. They were also very diligent and meticulous and made sure each sprinkler head was hitting every part of our lawn. They showed excellent character and respect and I highly recommend them. Mike and his crew are awesome!! Highly recommend. We faced an issue while redoing our driveway. Mike was super responsive! And extremely courteous!
