In preparation for leaving for the airport early tomorrow, I had a few errands to run after work, so in order to save some time, I dropped off my laundry to their wash & fold around 7:30p. I asked the girl at the desk to confirm that they were closing at 10:00p, as stated on their signs inside and on all their online guides, and she responded affirmatively. Upon my return at 9:00pm, I find that the establishment has been closed, and no one inside. As I sit at the store front in my car, writing this review, I have to wonder how difficult it would have been to give me a call on the number they took down from me at the point of sale to inform me that they were, in fact, not closing at 10:00p, but at some earlier time that was not the 10:00p that had been told to me by the employee that handled by order, and that it would behoove me to come along at pick up my laundry before that time. Now, I'm faced with the absurd decision whether to change my flight for some clothes, or kiss the clothes I left in their annoyingly incapable hands, along with the $15 I put down in order to secure this subpar service, goodbye. I love a small business, and I hate talking foul them, but this place needs to get it together. If you expect people to pay you for a service you claim to provide, it would be in the best interest of your business to keep up your end of the deal. With that said, don't waste your gas, money, or energy on this place. Wash your clothes yourself. Do it at home where you can access your clothes whenever you like without someone locking the door on you before they said they would. read more

I HATE this laundromat. I dropped my clothes (2 small baskets) off at 11am for their washing, drying, and folding service. Usually my clothes would be finished within 3-4 hours on a BUSY day, today it took over 7 hours and the manager was beyond rude on the phone when i called about 5 hours later to inquire about my clothes . I completely separated my clothes before dropping them off and when i picked them up my white clothes were stained pink. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAUNDROMAT 0-5 stars. Ive been a every week customer for 10+ years. I travel from Perrysburg just to do my laundry here. Now youve raised your prices ridiculously. I can see a quarter, but 75 cents? Really? I absolutely love this laundromat!!! Always clean, great prices, amazing staff, and they have daily specials and a rewards card, every 10 washes you get a free wash!! Also they have grab bag mondays, double stamp Tuesday etc.. professional clean and great service... who could ask for more read more

Little laundromat in a strip mall, not surprising, also not that special inside. I also have no idea how much their machines are. So why am I reviewing? Well, I moved from Toledo to Columbus July 2014. When I got here I realized how much I missed this place for one reason: it's drop-off service. At the time (likely changed by now) it was $16 to drop off up to 50lbs of laundry to be washed, dried, and folded/put on hangers. There was an additional charge per pound over that, but not even a dollar a pound. Now, I hate doing laundry. That place sucked at remembering to call when your clothes were done(not once did I get a call), but they never lost so much as a sock. So what if I had to call to check if my clothes were done? Here in Columbus every place charges by the pound, with no base price and over $1 per lb. Take advantage of this place, Toledo! read more

I literally travel across town to come to this laundry mat and I've given plenty of great reviews, but here's the terrible part I'm beginning to feel like your drop off service is way more important and not equal to the customers who actually come in and have to sit! This is why, it's been two instances but this is current. I asked for a drop of bleach for a half of load of clothes actually 3 shirts and was told that they have a client later who requires it but in the same breath says the the manager is out getting some. I didn't need a full cup and literally felt like i begged. Now if I had time to run across the street to the mini mart or even brought enough money too that's exactly what i would had done! Needless to say he was rude and now I have to waste time and money I didn't have to rewash 3 shirts at a different laundry mat! read more

As stated before, this Laundromat is nothing special inside but the worker(s) in the place are respectful, nice, kind and extremely helpful. The washers get my clothes clean and the dryers get my clothes completely dry. At one time I went to a cheaper laundromat and got what I paid for. The dryers did not get my clothes completely dry even though I had the dryers on the highest settings. This taught me a lesson to stick with Reynolds Laundromat. read more
