They have the best cakes. I always order my cakes there, great selection of different fillings, and beautiful decorations.

We were recently at this Albertsons getting a few things for the next leg of our trip. We saw signs…read moreon the soda aisle that said roughly: '1 (carton) was $11.99, buy 3 at $8.49 each, mix and match.' There was no sign or indication that all three MUST be either Coke or Pepsi products; in other words, you could not mix Coke and Pepsi products and still get the discount. We chose a carton of Fanta, Minute Maid lemonade and Strawberry Crème Pepsi. When we checked out, no discount was given. I asked one manager and she said the companies do not allow mixing. I said that was not indicated or advertised on any of the soda cartons. She and I discussed the issue and she directed me to the other manager in the store. He and I went down the soda aisle and I pointed out the 'mix and match' signs on everything and the lack of anything that said 'cannot mix or match Coke and Pepsi products.' The manager told me that just because it doesn't say it, doesn't mean I could do it. I told him the advertising needs to be more clear-a LOT more clear. Instead of him agreeing with me about the insufficient and misleading advertising and letting me mix and match and therefore keeping a happy customer, he said I would have to return the Pepsi product and get another Coke product in order to get the discount. Since I realized I was getting nowhere, I asked which section I could choose from and got another carton of lemonade. The manager went back to the service desk and returned the Pepsi and rang up the third Coke product and returned the difference to us. I love Albertsons, however they dropped the ball in this case!!! Information should be clear that customers CANNOT mix and match between Coke and Pepsi products. Neither managers said that they would make sure the signage was clear about customers NOT being able to MIX AND MATCH BETWEEN COKE AND PEPSI. Both managers had very poor management and problem solving skills in this case and I am very disappointed.

On December 22 ,2024 we went to Reynolds Market to shop for a few things for Christmas dinner…read more The grocery store was open and there were cars in their parking lot. As my husband went to climb out of his truck he immediately went down and severely injured his shoulder. Turns out that no one had sanded or salted the Reynolds supermarket parking lot and it was a sheet of undetectable black ice. As we went to go into the store to tell them what happened we noticed several customers clinging to grocery carts so they wouldn't fall and even a Reynolds employee holding on to a light post for dear life. There was no current storm and it was a sunny morning so there is no excuse for opening a store when the parking lot was completely unsafe. This wasn't nirmal snow and ice. When we told customer service and the store manager that my husband was injured their response was unapologetic and apathetic. We were given the name and number of their Insurance guy (Ryan) and we were told he would help us. Nine months later, my husband, who is a mechanic, had to have major surgery on his shoulder, couldn't use his arm for over 2 months, and is permanently scarred and still having problems with his shoulder. His job is our only source of income and we had to borrow a lot of money from a relative just so we wouldn't become homeless. We have been through hell because of Reynolds incompetence in keeping their customers safe. No one from corporate has ever reached out to us and Ryan, their insurance guy, has been unprofessional and doesn't communicate with us in a timely manner. He never returns our multiple phone calls and when he finally decides to reach out to us it's seceral weeks after we message him or email him. He's been stalling on purpose. This whole situation has been extremely stressful and frustrating for us. The whole incident of my husband falling in their untreated parking lot was caught on their store cameras and Reynolds has admitted fault. So after nine frustrating months of the shady insurance guy stringing us along he finally gives us an extremely low settlement offer that is a huge slap in the face. It doesn't even cover the cost of my husband's surgery. We even had to relocate to another part of the country because of this. We are not looking to get rich off of this, we just want to be made whole. My husband is a big, strong man who was in the most pain I have ever seen him in because of Reynolds negligence. This incident should never have happened and it has forever scarred him and completely changed our lives. I guess Reynolds only cares about making money. We tried to settle with their insurance guy but at this point we have a lawyer and we are done being nice. We are absolutely disgusted with this whole horrible situation and Reynolds lack of care and concern for their customers.

One of two grocery stores in Sidney. They have a lot of stuff packed in a relatively small space…read more Everything seems to cost about 1/3 more than I expect but it's the oilfield. Absolutely nothing stands out as something that they do well. There's a tiny bakery with lots of pre packaged items, I think there's a butcher but not positive, no deli. Really it feels like a great big convenience store not a grocery store that I've become accustomed to. Summary: You'll probably find what you need, or a variation of it. It will probably cost more than you're used to (unless you live here) and the service will be adequate. Which is great considering how hard these guys work to keep up with the massive growth in this town.
