This store should be closed. We have 2 places to shop for food and by far this is the last place you should go. If you hate walmart that bad, just grow your own. Expired food, poor staff, and not a clean store. Help is hard to find but having disgruntled employees points straight at management. Very disturbing. read more

Zero enforcement of State mandated Covid precautions. Passive aggressive staff (with a couple of exceptions). Multiple expired items on every aisle. Rotten and molded produce common place. Ridiculously high prices. Does have a decent organic selection for a little hamlet like Miles City.....if you can find items that aren't 3-4 months expired that is. Par for the course as far as an Albertsons is concerned. read more

I have been a loyal customer at Albertsons for 6 yrs in Miles City which has a Walmart across the street. Which most of the time prices are cheaper at Walmart. The reason shop at Albertsons is the customer service, ease of checkout, and availability of checkers. However, recently they have implemented the self checkout. I am not opposed to self check out however when you have to fight with the bags it exhausting and frustrating. Even the computer keeps asking me if I am done checking out because of the time it takes to get the bags open. I also have to lick my fingers to get the bags open and this in it self is disgusting. Please Albertsons figure out a solution to the bag problem. I did mention this to the staff that was helping with at the self check out and was told, "we have asked". I also happen to look around at other customers and they were also struggling to get the bags open. Please Albertsons figure this out so your loyal customers can continue to serve you. Or bring the real checkout people back. read more

Fast food just didn't sound good on this road trip, so we stopped in here at Albertsons. We might have been overly optimistic expecting them to make a sandwich or two for us at the deli counter, but they pointed us to several that were premade in the refrigerated display. Sandwich, chicken, healthy snacks, beverages and ice for the cooler and were on the road again. Good selection, nice staff, semi clean restrooms. Pretty good store. read more

The service here is terrible. The lines are long. When we didnt have the store app or our safeway card with us, the check out clerk refused to scan a courtesy card and refused us the discounts. Grab your wallet and run. I will never shop at another safeway or albertsons again. read more
