The folks at Wells Fargo messed up the tax paperwork on the rollover and Jarrodd went out of his way to help me get it fixed (even though he didn't make the mistake.) The agents at his office are always available to answer my questions and if they don't have the answer Jarrodd will get back to me quickly. In my business I sometimes have to provide proof of insurance to vendors and I know I can drop by anytime and someone will print out my certificate. Everyone who works at this office is the type of person you can just sit down and have a beer with. You know that they are there to help you whenever you need help and they will go out of their way to get you the documents you need. I trust Jarrodd so much that I recommend him to all of my fellow professional photographers for their business liability and equipment insurance.

So I decided to look around to see if I was getting the best deal. Jumped on Yelp for insurers in my area with high ratings. Went onto their site and filled in request for quote forms and waited. Out of five, two waited a week before sending me a follow up. One was rather high also. And two were very reasonable. Linda at this location not only send me a quote but followed up with a call to ask me a few questions. Those questions lead to a discount. After a couple more calls back and forward, my final cost was less than half the price of my current insurance. I gave them my credit card to cover my auto and home insurance. Lynn Osler and her staff wrote the book on customer service…read more I don't use "no service" cheap providers because my grandfather taught me you get what you pay for. But in the case of Lynn Osler, I get what I believe is more than I pay for. From regular reviews of my insurance needs to concierge service on those occasions when a claim is necessary, Lynn and her team make me feel well taken care of. I originally started with state farm decades ago with a different agent close to where ai lived. He kept burning through staff and I always felt as though I was helping to train his new people. When I learned Lynn was not only my neighbor, but with State Farm too, I moved all my policies to her office immediately. I never had an insurance worry again. She does the worrying for me and my family. You can tell by my review profile that I'm not the axe-to-grind entitled Yelper specializing in one-star reviews. My reason to yelp is to recognize outstanding businesses and let people know about them. Lynn's team IS outstanding. So, if you want to save a dollar or two, or need an animal mascot on your commercials, call the other guys. However, if you want a full service insurance rep that cares about more than writing a policy, and actually cares about your needs, call Lynn. You will be glad you did.

After an unfortunate lapse in payment for my auto insurance which was a first in over 7 years as a loyal customer of Progressive, I had my policy cancelled, and in turn my premiums tripled. Having talked to my then-insurance agent, I was told there was nothing I could do but find a new policy (with the new, much higher rates). Suddenly, I had no option but to look for new policies because of a mistake on my part, which my insurance agent should have warned me about. Having known John for years, I contacted him to see if there was any advice he could give me. He went above and beyond (keeping in mind he's not even my insurance agent!) to speak with progressive, discuss the issue, and after a stressful yet productive meeting, we were able to get my policy back up at the normal rates. He was with me throughout the whole process, expecting nothing back in return. John literally saved me thousands of dollars a year, when other insurance agents had no answer, or desire to help me. I will be happily moving my business over to his agency, and recommend anyone looking for a smart, an trustworthy agent, to do the same.

I have used Jenny Harrison for years and she happily took my money for both my automobile and…read morehomeowners insurance. All was good till I had a claim. I thought my roof had been damaged by the freeze and called her office. Her staff recommended Corbin Stevens at pristine roofing. He came out and said I had Hail damage, I filled a claim and it was approved. Corbin did my roof and I paid him the money I received from Farmers plus my deductible. I took a closer look at the estimate and realized that I had been paid for screens and also to have the drip edge replaced, Corbin did not do either of those but took the money for it. He eventually gave me the money back for the screens, but still continued to say he didn't owe me anything. Here's where things went south with Jenny, I reached out to her office for help and went there to meet with Travon and showed him the estimate and my contract with Pristine roofing. He said he would get with Jenny and let me know. He called the next day and told me that Corbin's mother was a personal friend of Jenny's and that Corbin told her he did not owe me any money and that it was my word against his even though we all agreed he did not do all the work he was paid for. I made several attempts to have Jenny call me and she would not. I had to contact the district manager for help, which he was able get my money back. I asked Travon if they were going to continue to use Pristine roofing and he said yes that his mother was a personnel friend of Jenny's and they only had one complaint. How many times do you have to steal from a customer before you are no longer used. I changed agents, very unhappy. Tom Chronister
