But that came to an end when I was moving my family and I across states. When I got here, I knew I needed to move my info over to an office here. I was looking at reviews and found Carrie Welch's office. Let me tell you, I am so thankful to find her office. An unfortunate incident ( this is my 2nd claim with them, I'ved had some bad luck lately....) had happened to me on Saturday night, I am even too ashamed to publicly say what happened. Let alone have to call insurance to explain what happened to see if I'm even covered. So I called and spoke to Dominique. Dominique was very understanding, kind and professional about my situation. Told me not to worry about it, gave me a little pep talk, and to stop beating myself up over this incident. His kind and great attitude kept my hopes up. He expressed to me that It's a big oops, but not to worry that he will get working on it. He called me back and assured me that my incident was covered. Let me tell you, I was ecstatic about the news! It was like a massive weight was lifted off my chest and I could breathe again, not to mention that the sick to my stomach knot in my stomach subsided. Throughout the whole process, Dominique has been very attentive with follow-ups and communicative. I am lucky and thankful to have Carrie Welch's Office, Team, and Dominique on my side. Their lingo is " like a good neighbor, State Farm is there". Shoot, the way I've been treated, I feel like it's family at this point. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

When I finally did get a response, it felt rushed and unclear, leaving me more confused than before. It was also very hard to have a direct conversation with him. Any time I tried to speak with him, I was pushed off to his employees instead. While staff can be helpful, I expected to be able to communicate directly with the agent responsible for my policy, especially when dealing with important concerns. The level of customer service did not meet expectations. Important details weren't explained upfront, and I felt like I had to do all the work just to understand my own coverage. This made the whole process stressful and time-consuming. Overall, I would not recommend working with this office if you're looking for reliable communication, accessibility, and transparency. I expected much better professionalism and support.

Mike never advised that we would be required to use an invasive app for…read morea month that monitors our every movement and even makes you manually identify yourself as a passenger when you're in a car lest it think you are driving. We only learned of this requirement at the 11th hour as we were installing the app. Because we refused this burdensome and invasive process, the cost went up another $300. When I explained my frustration regarding this, Mike expressed no regret and certainly offered no apology. It felt like we were just another number to him and not real people. Most people I know value their privacy and do not want to be burdened with manually logging every time they are a passenger. The lack of any kind of empathy, let alone any regret in not telling us sooner, really disappointed us. I suggest Mike warn his clients up front that the price he is quoting (which just so happened to be the Liberty Mutual quote...) that would seem to be beating the competitors' quotes includes an assumption that the client will agree to a personally invasive and burdensome app tracking their every move for a month. Instead, I suggest he be transparent and let folks see the price without the invasive app requirement so they can make an informed decision.

    Yesterday I had an very bad experience with the person that answers the phone which is Frank. He…read moremisquoted me on my premiums instead of cutting back he had underwriters charge me more per month. State Farm did go up and they have a new rate which I totally understand. So when I started questioning him he started hanging up on me and then I made it clear I could sue him. I thought if I had an wreck if I had a problem this guy would keep on hanging up on me which is a very poor customer service. Since then I left and went with a very good agent who is way better than this office. It does take them a lot of time to give you a quote because I asked him since I am a board member for an HOA I had to call them for insurance quote they do not get back to you, why? GOOD question, right? What this person did to me was a breach of service. I had to file a formal complaint even had another agent to listen to the level of disrespect of this employee to a trusted old customer. I been with State Farm for 23 years. That be understood, the unprofessional way that Frank conducted to a senior should NEVER, be tolerated. In case of emergency even if I called for a fire, accident or pipes burst he could have been responsible for my safety. I will up date with all of my followers what State Farm will for horrible service!!

I had to contact them multiple times for help. Now, my insurance is going up $20 a month, and I asked for a reason why. They said they would look into it and never got back to me. I had sent follow up messages and never heard a word. I do not trust them to be able to communicate efficiently if I ever get into some sort of accident. They are not professional with the amount of time it takes for them to respond to your request. This is not a way to handle business. I love state farm so I have requested a new agent. But if my past experiences weren't as good as they are I would 100% be leaving for a different company as Josh Tollets team is UNRELIABLE.
