Let alone have to call insurance to explain what happened to see if I'm even covered. So I called and spoke to Dominique. Dominique was very understanding, kind and professional about my situation. Most people I know value their privacy and do not want to be burdened with manually logging every time they are a passenger. The lack of any kind of empathy, let alone any regret in not telling us sooner, really disappointed us. I suggest Mike warn his clients up front that the price he is quoting (which just so happened to be the Liberty Mutual quote...) that would seem to be beating the competitors' quotes includes an assumption that the client will agree to a personally invasive and burdensome app tracking their every move for a month. Instead, I suggest he be transparent and let folks see the price without the invasive app requirement so they can make an informed decision.
