I had a very last minute, very difficult embroidery project that needed done- low top shoes. Two other stores told me they could not do it. Initial Choice invited me in and told me they would find a way to make my project happen. I went in an immediately felt like these people knew what they were doing and really cared about making sure my friend got what she deserved on her wedding day. They made several suggestions and I basically told them I would leave the project in their clearly capable hands. I went back to pick up the shoes a few short business days later and everything was perfect. I could not have asked for better work and better customer service. On top of everything I found their prices to be extremely reasonable. I cannot wait to go back when I'm not under pressure to have more projects done!

It pays to staff someone in that role on a busy day. Lots of sports fun here. All kinds of holiday decor including fun things for Wisconsin and Green Bay football fans. I especially loved the personalization kiosk that allowed instant personalization of gifts from a tablet right in the store. There are kitchen items, and a host of fun home things perfect for wedding gifts, housewarming and more. Stop I'm for knowledgeable retail service and stay for great selection!

The store is clean and organized and I must mention the friendly staff on duty this past Saturday morning who offered to put a ribbon on a stuffed animal I purchased. They have a solid variety of wraps and carriers available, mostly from the "chic" brands rather than the big ones. There's a doll about the size and weight of a newborn you can use to try them on - not being a parent quite just yet, I appreciated that touch immensely. The lady running the store was super-friendly, too, and spent a lot of time showing me how to use them, explaining the relative merits of the different styles, and sharing some tips and tricks. They also have a "lending library" so you can take a few out for test drives with your own child before settling on one. Beyond that, they also carry all sorts of care products, a well-curated selection of cloth diapers, and resale maternity clothing. It's too bad they don't have more space in order to carry a wider variety of products, though. The selection of nursing supplies is relatively modest and doesn't include bottles and pumps, and you won't be coming home with stacks of onesies. It's hardly fair to go to a place that puts 'boutique' right there in the name and then be disappointed when it turns out to actually be a boutique, I know, but I'm going to do it anyway because I'd love to be able to come here for all my baby gear needs.
