I had been trying for 2 days to contact the claims dept and speak to someone who could help me. I was continuity transferred from one dept to another and also hung up on. I was so upset with the customer service dept. She was great and helped me when she didn't have to as I was NOT a customer of hers I am from Arizona. I was more CS people were like her.
