They actually deserve no stars! We hosted a fall festival at my daughter's school and from the beginning when they asked me for deposit which I sent it through mail, they claimed they never received it. So when I went to leave check at the helium trampoline park they deposited both checks the next day. When I had talked to Jolie and asked her to keep check until other half was due. I Called and told her what happened and she said she would look into it. The day of festival, I had about 4 different people call me to tell me I needed to give party attendants the balance. I explained myself 4 times about what happened and then I called main office and asked them to communicate with their Accts payable/receivable people and tell their attendant's to please stop calling me asking me for balance when there is no balance due. The man told me not make a big deal and that I don't need to be calling them to tell Them how to do their job. Later that day, again they call me for payment, I told them to call Main office and for them to figure it out that I was tired of explaining myself. He calls me and says yes it's all been taken care of. A couple of days later they call me again asking me for payment, I tell them to please stop harassing me about payment and lady tells me she hasn't called me, I told her she was like the 6the person to call me and she hangs up on me, I call her back and no answer. So I call the other number and a man answers so I ask to speak to owner, he says what is this in regard and I tell him, he says he's just a driver (when lady tells me that I spoke to her GM) and he doesn't deal with that and he will ask someone in office to call me back. That I have been rude to everyone, I told him I am calling to correct the situation and that I can show him my bank statement to see where checks clear into his account. He then hangs up on me too and doesn't answer me, when I call another number I get a call and same thing, I'm the one being rude when I'm just calling to clear things up, offering to show them my statements so they can fix it in system and she again says she doesn't have time to talk to me, I'm rude and they are very busy to talk to me right now and don't have time to clear this up. So I tell them but they are not busy to call and ask me for money and she hangs up again on me (but I'm the rude one) and when I call back they don't answer my calls. I have yet to receive a call Saying they looked into it and it was a miscommunication or an apology for them not being helpful and that this has been cleared up. Very sad, they will not get any kind of business from me anymore and we do a lot of festivals because they couldn't take the time to figure this out, instead they hang up on you and don't answer your calls. I would never use this company ever again and urge you to do the same. If I could leave zero stars I would. I spoke with one of the owners, Angelica, on two separate occasions. She hung up on me twice and denied it. Angelica was quick to dismiss my valid complaints, she was rude, unprofessional, and provided terrible customer service. The rental showed up over 4 hrs. late with only 40 minutes to spare before my Twins birthday party. To make matters worse, the rental wasn't clean (muddy, dirty) as they claimed it would be. Where to begin... We had a toddler birthday party planned for 10 AM, so we requested a 9:30 AM setup of the smallest waterslide they offer (14'). 9:30 came and went, and finally we received a text from the delivery guy that they were on their way. They arrived an HOUR late at 10:30 (which, BTW, when you're in the party supply business, just can't happen), and set up in the middle of the party. By the time they got it set up it was 11. The setup guys had already gone by the time we realized they had delivered the WRONG slide, and the party was over at 12. The slide itself was worn, I mean REALLY worn. There were a couple of un-patched holes, they had spray painted a wavy design on the side (why??), and the worst part of all was the broken, ungrounded extension cord they used. Yes, that's right. Wires exposed, tape peeling off, and the ground had been removed. For use with a WATERslide. That would be ridden by KIDS. We were actually supposed to have the waterslide until 8 PM, but I called after the party and let them know the guys were an hour late and the slide was wrong. The customer service was HORRIBLE. The woman I spoke with didn't apologize once for being late or delivering the wrong slide, which the kids didn't even use because it was too scary. When I requested she refund us and pick up the slide, she blamed me for not catching that it was the wrong waterslide while they were setting up. When I told her I would have been able to catch it if they had delivered it on time (not in the middle of a party I'm hosting), she said she'd have to call me back and hung up on me. After reading all of the reviews left on here after my experience with them, I thought I should come on here and write a review of my own. I had a great experience with them and let me tell you why. First, their website is so easy to navigate through and I was able to pick a bouncer and order it through the website with all the details over two weeks before the party. The day before the party I realized I didn't order any tables and chairs. I called the company and I am not sure of the name of the guy who answered the phone but I am so appreciative of his patience. I was unsure of how many tables and chairs I was going to need and changed my mind about 4-5 times over the phone and he was nothing but patient with me. I greatly appreciate his help and kindness. The bouncer, tables, and chairs were all delivered early enough to finish setting up a good hour before the party began. They were picked the next morning which is what I generally expect with every bouncer rental service I've ever used. Terrible. Do not rent. They rented us a dunk tank for a 4 pm bday party. Show up at 415 with an empty dunk tank still needing water . We kicked them out and the lady called me and said no refund . The phone was off the hook all day straight to voicemail. I emailed and text them to no avail. The tank was promised at noon which would have left time to fill the tank . Thanks for nothing . STAY AWAY! Let me go through this one by one, in terms of the parts of their service and how they did: 1) Came on time: No. They were an hour and half late all told. Most of our party was over. 2) Got what we ordered: Nope. They sent the wrong slide. For a kids party they sent out some monster slide that no kid wanted to go on. 3) The electrical: Their extension cord was VERY VERY VERY unsafe. It was patched in several locations with duct tape and lacked a ground. These people are two minutes from being sued for everything they own. 4) The slide: Besides being the wrong slide it was sun bleached out and looked horrible. It had holes in it and the seams were tearing and air blasting out of them. That said, it still inflated with air. 5) The water hook up: the special sprinkler hose that it was supposed to have was missing. Instead the guys poked holes in a garden hose and strung it up. 6) Picked up on time: they were 18 hours late on the pick up. TOTAL FAIL! I should have known that customer service wouldn't go well from their product. When we called, this woman answers with, "YEAH?" When we told her about any and all of these things, they blamed us and said it was our fault. They hung up on us twice. STAY AWAY! read more
