We've wasted so much time with the car sitting at the shop and so much time going back and forth with them on the phone, and they've been nothing short of a nightmare. I'm not sure what kind of business can get away with telling a customer TWICE that something is covered and then just randomly backing out at the last second but it's certainly not one that I'll continue giving my money to.
