I had a horrendous experience with this shop. Took a watch in for a battery change. The young woman…read moreworking said she did not know how to do it but would have "the repair person" do it. A couple of weeks later, a young woman called and said the battery was replaced but there was a broken part that needed replacing for it to run. They gave me an estimate and I agreed to have them proceed. A month later, still no watch,I called them and the older guy who sad he does repairs said I had never authorized the repair. I recounted the whole story and the guy insisted he was never told. I asked how long it would take now and he said he didn't know, because he might have to get the glass from from Bulova. I expressed my displeasure at the poor customer service and lack of being able to give an answer. He lost his temper and told me to come get it, that he did not want to work on it. At this point, I believe Bergey's broke the watch, doesn't know how to repair it, and that is why it has not been repaired. I shop locally but I will never shop here again and will be sure all my friends and family know about this. The fellow on the phone was thoroughly unprofessional.

My 12 yr old fainted AFTER her piercing was done, but before we left - They sprang into action so fast and knew exactly what to do (nurses do the piercings). So when she fainted, I knew we had the right people there to help! A level of comfort, I hadn't anticipated needing. We've been back multiple times. Most recently due to some swelling because bball kept making my daughter take out her piercing for games. We were given so much guidance and purchasd some of their acrylic sport plug earrings. The ear is is looking so much better. We've done walk-ins, and we've done scheduled appointments, both have gone very smooth!

I'm sharing my experience with Pappas because I don't want anyone to have to waste the time and…read morehave the frustration I have had with them. The bearings in my cams of my VXR blew out the day before the 2022 archery season.... I was at pappas right away the next morning when the doors opened. I had bought my last two bows from them, and figured that would be the way to go. I showed them the issues and they told me I over tightened the axle and I would have to buy the cams and it would be weeks to get them. I took my bow and left. I called around to other shops, 2 other shops said that this is an issue that they have been seeing, and that it has been covered 100% of the time. I went back into pappas and told them this due to the other shops being even further away. At that point they said they had cams but I would still need to pay $300 for the set. I did this so I could hunt. A while later I reached out to the Mathews rep, he said that that they have been warranting, out the cams, and he would talk to Randy to get me a refund. Today I went to pick up my refund and was charged a $50 service fee for them having to process the return. This is something that no other shop in this area has done. This is gone as far as a close friend of mine with the same bow had the same issue got charged for cam by Pappa's. Went to a different dealer and that dealer ripped cams off of a brand new bow, replaced his damage cams, and sent him on his way free of charge. I do not understand why the customer service at Papas has gone downhill so far. I would've gladly payed them to put new cams on my bowl the first time if they would've warranted the cams simply for there inconvenience, but instead I had to drive an hour each way twice. I don't believe I will ever return to Papas. There are better shops in the area. Oh.... And when I pulled the cams back off of my bow to swap the top hats they put back in reverse of how I had them, the axle that was "over tightened" was tighter than it was when I took it to them the first time.

Couldn't find anyone else, so called back at 3pm on a Friday afternoon figuring I'd live with Monday. By that point, some other things had finished up and so Naomi juggled some things and had someone at our house by about 4pm, had the replacement part they needed with them and had a refrigerator that was about to go through a weekend w/out repair fixed.
