The adjuster didn't want to send me to my original doctor even though he was in the system. She referred me to Dr. Kam. After reading the reviews on Yelp! I feared the worst. Boy, was I wrong! His office was very friendly and professional. Had me in for x-rays before I could finish my paperwork. After that I was escorted to an examination room where the PA saw me immediately. Next Dr. Kam came in and he was very pleasant and professional. Asked why I didn't see my original doctor and I told him the adjuster felt he was "crazy expensive." He just shook his head. Read the X-rays, examined my shoulder, and complemented the original doctor for doing a nice job. He reassured me that I had just strained a muscle. I was on my way and felt relieved! Follow up in a month to make sure I'm healing properly. So, the Doctor was great, the staff was very pleasant and the only negative thing I have to say about my experience was that the parking lot is a nightmare. And I'm very selective about who I let treat me! Five stars!

I don't know the good or bad of Dr Rowan, I never got the opportunity to see him because of the…read moreincompetence of the staff, Dr Rowan was referred to me by my primary Doctor, they called me to set up an appointment in their palm city office, I indicated that I live in west palm beach and palm city is a distance and do they have an office near where I live, I was told they had an office in Jupiter but didn't have the schedule for that office and would call me when they had the schedule. They never called me , after several weeks I called them to set up an appointment, Nathalie called me and we set up an appointment for the Jupiter office, for a Wednesday, I was called on Tuesday and told due to an emergency the doctor had to cancel my appointment, Nathalie stated she could get me in on Thursday, I said that would be fine. Went to my appointment in Jupiter and was told by that office that Dr Rowen only rents this office space on Wednesday and Friday and was at the palm city office, needless to say I was never told that my appointment would be in palm city. This was very inconvenient and decided to not deal with them at all. This kind of incompetence and total lack of any kind of professional dealings with people that have medical issues don't make the Doctors they represent look good. I will never recommend them and will tell my primary Doctor about this, and hope that he will not refer them to any one else.

I followed up with another doctor who ordered an MRI which revealed that there's plenty of cartilage and was told that I don't need surgery. I had a cortisone shot in my ankle and 9 months later I'm still pain free. This is just another doctor looking to get you on the operating table for a big paycheck and I would avoid him at all costs.

If you need ANYTHING MAJOR go to an orthopedic surgeon. The problem is he just wouldn't admit it was out of his wheelhouse.
