This is a new doctors office for me and I've only had two visits so far. My first visit was the usual longer visit and we set up for the follow up visit as well as bloodwork. In the interim I've had to use the app to contact them a few times. I sent off for some medication refills because I need them from this doctor now and those have gone off without any problems. I also contacted them through the app for a reference for pain management because I was having problems and the place I go for pain management needed a new referral, but didn't tell me till the day before my visit was scheduled. I ended up having to reschedule twice because they never got the referral. I happen to go in for my bloodwork about a week before my second visit and Quest had no order from the doctors office. Be as it was 7 AM there was nobody available at the doctors office to take care of this for me. I called the phone number and got what I believe is their service who checked my file and confirmed that the doctor had not put in an order for bloodwork for me I also asked him about the referral and there wasn't a lot to be done other than to notify the office and have the nurse get back to me and the referrals department. Both followed up well and everything not taken care of. I ended up having to make a fresh appointment for the bloodwork only two days before my doctors appointment but my results were in in time. On my visit, we went over my bloodwork, which is in pretty good order and talked more about my care plan and moving forward. Even with a few bumps in the road I'm still happier with this doctor than most every other doctor I have had in the state over the last 18 years. The building itself is accessible with accessible spaces near the entrances. The office is on the fourth floor, but does not have an accessible entrance. The waiting room is small but clean. The staff has all been friendly, professional and helpful.

Apparently the yelp Team can't fix the name. Kind of disappointing. I was recommended here by my doctor because of chronic pain in my lower back. The doctor, Jason Song, seems like a pretty knowledgeable guy. I met with him and we talked and he examined me and we have moved forward with treatment. The only glitch I've had was that I explained to him that being diabetic I should not be having steroid shots anymore. He explained that they would do nerve blockers twice, and then an ablation on nerves in my back. I was scheduled for the first treatment and went in and felt pretty good afterwards, but was very confused when my blood sugar spiked through the roof. Two weeks later when I went in for my follow up, I met with the PA and found out that they had actually given me steroids. I was not happy with this, but I have moved forward with treatment as I was assured this would not happen again. I have now had the nerve blockers twice With very good success both times. Now we are just waiting for Clarence from my insurance to get the ablation. They are quite long distance from where I live, but it's who my insurance approved. They're in a shopping center so there is ample parking nearby. It is a good walk to them no matter where you park because of the design of the lot.Everyone working there is friendly and professional, and the place is run quite efficiently. If all goes well, then I will be back every year to help. Keep some of the pain at bay.

Once again, we were touring another emergency room as my kid was having some issues with their…read moreheart. We have been advised by their cardiologist to try and come to this location because they would get good treatment and their doctors would have easier access to all their records. I had a small problem finding the place as My GPS took me a block away. I was able to flag someone down and ask for directions, and they pointed out exactly where I needed to be. When we arrived at emergency, I saw that they had free valet parking for emergency patients. I was able to take advantage of this and it seemed like a pretty nice set up. They send your ticket to your cell phone number so that you have easy access and don't have to worry about losing it. We went through security screening rather quickly and stopped at the desk to check in. With them being in their system already it made the process faster I believe. We had a short wait before triage and then were asked to wait in the weighted room. We sat and waited quite a long time and they found a room for them quickly when they almost collapsed in the wheelchair. Once they were in a room in the ER things moved pretty well. They drew blood for testing and hook them up to the heart monitor. A chest x-ray was sent for and we waited. They ended up seeing two different doctors and both of them felt it was safe for them to go home and follow up with the cardiologist within the next couple of days. We arrived around 10:30 in the evening and left around 4:30 in the morning. Overall, it was a pretty good visit and we would come back again. My only issue was that we were not told that the valet closed and when we went to get our vehicle, we went out outside for the valet and could not find anyone. I asked an employee who was coming out the door and they told us the valley was closed and that we would have to talk to Security about getting our vehicle back. I told Security the ticket number and they gave me my keys and explained that our vehicle was across the street in the parking lot and we would have to get it ourselves. I ended up leaving my kid up by the door while I went to hunt for the car. Thankfully, it wasn't hard to find but the exit from the lot meant I had to drive almost 3 blocks to get back to the emergency room. I feel like they could have a better system for this.

The front office staff is so kind and friendly, which makes a huge difference since they are your first point of contact with the facility. The office itself is very warm and welcoming; their waiting rooms are very clean but definitely have a very late 90s feel, which is somehow oddly comforting. The appointments seemed timely. I didn't wait in the lobby for very long before I was called in to the waiting room. However, once I was in there, I probably waited around 20ish minutes before I was seen. The nurses and practitioners were great. I did not meet Dr. Stokes, but I dealt with one of the nurse practitioners instead. They were able to quickly identify and alleviate one of my concerns. I would definitely come back!

It's unacceptable to expect patients and their families to wait in such an unsanitary environment, especially in a medical facility. To make matters worse, we waited over an hour before the doctor came in to see my son for his appointment. I understand that delays can happen, but there is no excuse for the condition of the exam room. I'm extremely disappointed with this establishment. Patients deserve a clean, welcoming environment and timely care. I truly hope they make improvements because this experience was completely unacceptable.

It was a nerve wrecking experience for my family and I for several months. I am disappointed on how I was treated during this time by this office. I continually needed to follow up for orders, for information and unless I scheduled a in person or telehealth appointment, I couldn't expect to get any questions or concerns addressed. Even after scheduling the appointment, the doctor was late and left feeling unsupported. So basically if I wasn't billable I wasn't important. I finally got my final results in which I had to message the office, twice, about discussing and they wanted me to wait 21 days until my next scheduled appointment to discuss. I found this ridiculous. When I complained, without much empathy or compassion I was just offered to schedule a sooner appointment. While they couldn't call me to discuss my test results and answer my questions or respond to my messages in the portal without me following up, they were able to call me to ask me to send my medical scans to their office because now they off 3D mammogram scans in office. Again, your only important if you're billable to them. This isn't a doctor's office I want. Patients and their families deserve more care and consideration than what I was given. I will be looking for another doctor and strongly recommend you do the same.

The office was very busy with only a few empty seat. I was called back to the examination room after only 5-10 minutes. Then was seen in less then a minute by the nurse to get my vitals. The doctor was in less than 3 minutes after I was brought back. It was determined that I had excessive wax in my ear. The doctor had it cleaned out. Dry quickly, gave me a prescription from their on site pharmacy and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes after I arrived. Everyone I encountered was super nice and polite. This was probably the best experience I have ever had from any health care provider.
