Instead it was withdrawal of funds to another account cashing the ira and then paying taxes. I had to pay a penalty as well for early withdrawal. This was done before I was able to understand what was happening. And I was then explained there was no going back. I spent 9 months on the phone with staff that didn't know what they were doing. It is difficult too talk with a representative when you call branch. You're transferred to the main number that thinks nothing of leaving you on hold for 30 min or more. The communication between bank representatives and the customer is very poor. The two employees that I met with when I opened my accounts are no longer there. There were changes made to my account that I wasn't notified about before hand. There was one time that I sat at the drive up for 45 min for the teller to correct their mistake.

My State Farm agent couldn't do anything to help after over 15 years of having insurance with them. My brother told me to call his agent Rose. After explaining the problem to her she calmed me down and took my information and explained the process to me of how she was going to try to get me insurance .Over the next few days I called her with a lot of questions , all of which I got a lot of good good answers to. I don't know how she did it but she got me insurance with better coverage for less money and I didn't get hammered for my claim. Rose treated me like I was the most important person to her and that getting me good insurance was priority for her. I did not know I could go to Ulster Savings for my auto and home insurance but I am Glad I did. This bank is the absolute worst. While all the other local banks have opened their lobbies, this…read morebranch's lobby is closed. It has only one drive-up window and you must be in a vehicle to use it. People are not allowed to walk up to the window. The teller was unbelievably incompetent. We waited behind only one vehicle for almost 20 minutes. Once we got to the window, we waited for another ten minutes as she was unable to process the deposit, we asked if her supervisor could help. Eventually a supervisor came and processed the deposit in a few seconds.
