He outsources his work to other companies that are not at the level Bradley is charging. I had a roof complete, paid for shingles and siding. Siding was not done on the majority of the house. When I followed up on this he acknowledged the issues were done wrong, sent someone out to do some partial work and then said he wasn't doing anymore work to correct the issue and blocked me. He is trying to blame how the siding was done, something he has never raised as an issue, nor did the outsources roofers, and won't offer to complete the work once we have new siding or refund me for the work I paid for that he acknowledged they didn't complete. I wouldn't use this company again or recommend to any friends. Stay away!
