Like most bargin stores this place was just as f*cked up and disorganized like the homes of those weird pack rat people you see on the news who pack their homes with piles of newspapers and cat litter boxes. I had similar problems. Its been over two months and I'm still trying to get my money back from this company. They told me my items would get to me on time and then once I placed the order, they indicated almost a week later, when I didn't see the order and called to find out what was the problem, that the items were delayed and would not get to me until after I needed them. I canx the order and they told me they would still charge me all the shipping fees plus a restocking fee. I am yet to get back the balance of my money. read more

As the others have explained - DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. On the surface the website and the customer service seem to be fine, but we had quite the opposite experience in other direction after our large bulk shipment showed up. Many items were missing or shorted and when you try to resolve the issue with the customer service department - you just get the run around big time. They want to credit your on line shopping cart instead of issuing a refund on your credit card. Once they have your money - you will have to fight with them and have your major credit card open an investigation. This company does not stock anything - they order it from distributors around the country after they have your money. They are big time scam artists. Do not give them business unless you like playing Russian roulette. May work out, may not. They will never, ever get any business from our company again. Be warned. read more

never buy from rhino mart, they do not know what they doing. i placed order but item was out of stock, i asked for refund but i never got. i called 20 times, e-mailed them but no one want to do anything. i think if anyone want to loose their money, then order from rhino mart. read more
