First of all, they didn't stay the full two hours I unfortunately I am battling a cancer and have to stay home when they come. My daughter looked at the door camera and they left 40 minutes early plus neither one of them spoke English. Unfortunately I couldn't communite with them . They didn't wipe down the kitchen counters or the dining room table or under the table. Most of the furniture was not wiped down. The mopping was not completed. They used the same dirty water for the whole kitchen floor and den . Disgusting. We have been using them 1 once a month and never have had this major of a problem. We don't recommend this company plus if they would lie about what time they came and left I then I don't trust them to be in my home. I showed the owner the ring camera photos which proves they were lying. They did a terrible job. I don't recommend them. read more

The service person was on time and clean. They are very understanding of us having children and naps and did their rooms quickly and efficiently so we could have our children nap. My house is typically very tidy, but there are areas that I am not a fan of cleaning, such as the baseboards and the blinds and they do a great job on all of that. Used Rhino Cleaning Services to clean a completely empty house we are selling to get move in ready. Gave specific instructions to detail the entire house and we would pay extra if necessary. Sad to say they didn't do anything asked so I called and they offered to come back out complimentary and fix the areas that they completely missed. These are just a few pics of after the second time. I have never left a bad review but i feel the need to address this since there has been zero communication back from Rhino. I used to use their services and always had different cleaners come which was fine and i am always home working when they are there. I had two necklaces and a pair of earrings go missing after the last cleaning a couple months ago. i knew exactly where they were on top of my dresser because i had just organized all of my jewelry but had these sitting out as they are my favorites and they were recently worn. I tore my house apart looking for these items because i did not want to go accusing anyone as i was sure they must of been misplaced. i even took apart my roomba just in case they fell somewhere and roomba picked them up. 3 weeks went by with me searching and dreading making this call but wanted to make sure i discussed this with the company to see if perhaps they remembered where they put them. I sent a long email and the next day i received a call from a man who wanted more details. he then asked if it would be ok if the two cleaners stopped by. i said i did not want them back here and it had been almost a month since my items went missing! i thought that was an odd request. i felt bad enough about having to report this! he said he would talk to them and give me a call back. this conversation was over a month ago and nobody ever followed up on this very serious issue. i'm just going to eat the loss but will never use Rhino again. if something goes wrong they clearly don't want to make it right or even give you the courtesy of a call back. very disappointing and sad. i see the owner responded with absolute lies. you NEVER called me back and NEVER asked me to send you anything!!! if you had i would of certainly provided. seems to be this company's MO to blame the client. lesson learned. avoid this dishonest company. Rhino used to be a great company, I have used them for over 5 years, but I'm not sure why, but they have a huge turnover now. You can never keep the same cleaners, and every time they send a new crew the service diminished. They don't use good products to clean anymore and overall don't clean well as they used to. So... I really thought about NOT posting this review. But I can't help it. First of all, let me say that the 2 ladies who came to clean my house on Saturday 8/15/2020 were VERY THOROUGH! Took their sweet time, really made sure each room in the house was taken care of with detail. All windows and blinds were taken care of, ceiling fan was dusted, carpets in the house were all vacuumed, bathrooms were sanitized and left smelling pretty, practically everything was spotless. They cleaned damn well good and I know they worked so damn hard. It's manual labor cleaning a whole 1600+ square foot house for about 3 hours. I know they truly care about the quality of their work. I tipped both ladies in cash. On Monday 8/17/2020 my small futon upstairs and my large couch downstairs were fully deep cleaned, sanitized, and steamed! The gentlemen who came to my house were professional and very knowledgeable about the products used and the specifics/mechanisms of how the cleaning was occurring. He really educated me about the process of deep cleaning couches and I appreciated that. I also tipped this man in cash. About more than a week later after both services (which I'm still very happy with), I notice that the undercarriage of my living room couch has a hole in it - the fabric is ripped and I can see the fabric touching the floor. So naturally, I take the cushions apart to see if there's any damage to the rest of my couch. And what it appears to look like, is that someone stood on the couch with pillows off, and accidentally stepped through and through and made 2 HOLES. One directly underneath the cushions, and it lead to making a hole directly underneath the couch, closest to the floor. I watched the gentleman on Monday 8/17, and he only used a vacuum and high powered steamer on my couch. Did I notice the hole then? No, because I didn't take apart my couch yet AND I didn't want to be a helicopter over him while he was doing his fantastic job. I know for a fact he didn't step on my couch. The ladies from Saturday 8/15, however... I know they were cleaning my blinds in my living room, which are located right above my couch. I watched them take my couch cushions apart, knowing they were also doing a thorough cleaning of my living room. I know it's a **possibility** that one of them could've stepped on my couch (while cushions were off) and accidentally made both of those holes. From the looks of it, I don't believe a machine made those holes. Because it looks like somebody's body weight went through the thin fabric, thus creating the second hole on the very bottom. Could I be wrong? Maybe. How do I know it wasn't damaged before? Because I did a full sweep of my furniture pre-cleaning to make sure nothing was broken before professionals came into my house. I'm not asking for a refund. I'm not even writing this review to make this company look bad. Because they did an amazing job, both with the house cleaning AND the couch cleaning. I am just frustrated that I was left to find this out more than a week later and now I have to fix this issue. I would love to use this company again, but I am hesitant. read more

After a prior crew stole some expensive cologne from our upstairs bathroom, the company reimbursed us so we decided to give them another shot. Big mistake. Today, this is the condition of our house after the crew broke a family heirloom which was given to me by my late mother. The crew member neglected to clean her own blood off the cabinet which she cut during the breakage of the heirloom and left the kitchen and floor a wreck. You've been warned. I am updating this review to respond to Natalie's "customer service" comments below. We are not to blame for paying "the lowest price of our entire company," since we paid only what we were billed. If you wanted us to pay more you should have told us. Additionally, I've asked to reschedule appointments a handful of times because of our vacation schedule. I told the ladies to leave today, because one was bleeding on her finger after breaking the family heirloom. It looks like I have now experienced the same thing other people have with this company. The first cleaning was amazing. We paid $220 for a "deep cleaning" the second time. Those people didn't even stay for 2 hours, rushed through everything, didn't even lift any rugs when they did the floors, didn't touch a single appliance in the kitchen, and even totally missed entire pieces of furniture when they dusted. The people on the phone are so amazing and sweet and offered to send someone back out as soon as possible. Because of Thanksgiving and the weekend... it was days later though. The girl that came back gave an attitude about the things that needed done and made a bunch of excuses on why it was so bad. I've hired lots of different cleaners for different services in the past... and for $220... to have 2 people here for less than 2 hours is a pretty steep price tag. Definitely won't be hiring them again because if they don't perform after you overpay them... they'll make you feel bad for complaining about it. We had Rhino's Cleaning once for a move in cleaning 3 years ago, thought we would give them a try again for a "deep clean and disinfecting" due to the COVID situation. The office quoted me $149 for three hours of cleaning which includes "outside cabinets in the kitchen, inside and out appliances, corners, doorknobs, disinfecting your restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning baseboards, ceiling fans, window sills and blinds." They also noted there will be free window cleaning from inside of the home and steam mopping of the floors within those three hours. I was home for the cleaning but was not being a helicopter and stayed out of the way. I was called down and asked how the payment would be processed in less than 2 hours of the time I was told. I walked around the house and noticed several things not done or not done well. The floors that were "vacuumed" were still dusty, they did not mind to move easy items out of the way to vacuum (trash can, dining chairs, dog bed, etc). They did not wipe down cabinets, did not touch ANY of the baseboards, did not move items to dust counters or items on the counters, the ceiling fans still had dust on the edges, my shower floor still with soap scum in the corners, dishwasher was not wiped/cleaned in on the inside, and my white tiles looked worse off after the mopping. Me and my husband spent another hour and a half to clean up after them. This was not so much a deep clean, it was a very BASIC and SURFACE clean with poor attention to any detail. And they were leaving and stating they were done within 2 hours, given I still paid for a 3 hour DEEP CLEANING/SANITIZING service. The cleaning ladies also showed me a text from the office saying to only stay for 2.5 hours? I also showed them the list of promised services on my phone that the office texted me as well, and they nodded and said they were all done? Clearly....it was not. We still graciously tipped the hard working ladies however seems to be poor communication or training of some sort here. I did reach out to the office about my concerns, but they did nothing but offer a discount for the next cleaning service, however I will not be using their services any longer. read more

I had used Rhino Cleaning for about 18 months. The service started off great, but it got worse and worse as time went on. I had consistent scheduling issues - the company would confirm then text me the next day with a totally different time. It took a few phone calls and texts to straighten out nearly every month - which is painful. Worse, every time they come it is different people. Some are good. Some not so much. I signed up for a premium service with patio door cleaning, ceiling fan cleaning, etc. It almost never got done. And while I was promised up to 2.5 hours of cleaning, the crews were always out in 1.5 hours. And nearly monthly the company tries upsell me to pay for something I'm already paying for. I consider it unprofessional and downright annoying. I can't tell if the management is disorganized or unethical, but either way they are just too hard to do business with. The maids also seem very time conscious, even though they never are able to stay the full 2.5 hours I was promised, so I suspect management does not treat them very well. All in all it is sad to see a service that started out so well go so far down hill. They certainly won't be coming back to my home. read more

I have used RHINO HOUSE CLEANING for about 5 months. I was very satisfied and had planned on being a long term client. Elizabeth, the gate keeper, is in need of customer service training. I will try to condense my experience, but there are multiple layers. The cleaning before my last, the crew broke an antique ceramic piece. I didn't report it, because as a business owner myself, I understand things happen. However I was not happy that they didn't inform me, and think I wouldn't notice. So last cleaning, my bathtub drain was completely removed (not a clue why) and just left in the bathtub. When I tried to reattach it, it won't close completely, leaving the tub useless. And, again, the crew didn't inform me, which is wrong, dishonest and frustrating. So i called to request Rhino repair it. Elizabeth was infuriating, basically accusing me of lying. First she said neither incident wasn't reported to her by the crew. When she asked them about both damages they said they didn't do it. Showing me they are dishonest liars. Elizabeth clearly wasn't budging on the fact were innocent, making me the liar. I explained to her, I wasn't asking for monetary compensation. I JUST WANTED MY DRAIN FIXED. She said the crew will get a warning and she won't send them back to my house. No! Rhinos employees are dishonest. I requested MULTIPLE times to have the owner call me. As a business owner myself, I would want to know these important facts that are going on in my business. Its been 4 days and no call from the owner. If our business got a complaint of this magnitude, a return call would happen within minutes! I was also giving the owner enough time to divert a really bad review. Sadly, if the owner had called (at all) they could have salvaged me as a client. I am so insulted and infuriated at everything Rhino has NOT done for me. But I'm happy to at least learn now that their crew is dishonest. And Elizabeth should be looking for a new job, by the way she treated me and the situation. Luckily I have the ENTIRE conversations saved via text. I've always had my house cleaned regularly for the past 30 years and have never encountered such an awful experience! Beware! Do NOT use. We hate to say it. We've used them for years and they were once 5 stars. However, now, due to poor staffing choices at the office, they have fallen to zero stars. Their cleaners are awesome. We love them. But their office has become a complete mess. Every time we call, it feels like you're talking to high school students distracted by YouTube. It's been months of communicating to them about times and crew needs, and every week, amazingly, it's not right. Today, even though they promise a consistent crew, they sent a brand new crew who did not speak a word of English. At all. They nodded to everything we were saying and then proceeded to do the exact opposite. (One person of each team is supposed to speak English, so you can explain your cleaning needs) This means we continually need to re-explain everything about our house, expensive things get messed up, and the work is not done right. They used to get it right EVERY time! Our guess is that new management came in and is now, unfortunately completely incapable of handling a professional level team. It's also hard when you call in to get services as the people answering the phones seem to not understand the services they offer. It's easier just to find a new place. And then, they get the scheduling wrong almost Every. Single. Time. Very sad that what was once a five star experience has become a very frustrating, 0 star experience. Just wanted to save anyone here looking from the same frustrations and suggest you look elsewhere. Sadly, we will be doing the same. Hopefully the owner will see this, take notice, and make some much needed staffing and management changes.
