I'm genuinely confused by all the positive reviews for this company. I initially called and left a voicemail requesting a quote but didn't hear back for several days. I followed up with another call and finally reached someone who scheduled a time to provide an estimate. They arrived late and then left without giving me a price. After reaching out again, I eventually received a quote that was shockingly high--more than double the other estimates I had received. Despite that, I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt based on their reviews. I asked if that price was just for the initial deep clean or for all future cleanings. I was told it was only for the first visit. When I inquired about the cost of regular cleanings going forward, they said they would find out and get back to me--then I never heard from them again. It felt like pulling teeth just trying to give them a fair chance. I'm sharing my experience so others know what to expect. Fortunately, I found another company with much more reasonable pricing and a stronger sense of professionalism to clean my home. read more

I recently purchased a condominium in Las Vegas, Nevada. The unit is two years old, and the unit needed an extensive and thorough cleaning. Outstanding service from the moment I called. I've never had house cleaners and have been hesitant to call anyone. Mama's came from a recommendation. I love that they wear booties without me having to ask. Jennifer has been helpful with all my questions and transparent with pricing. They did a first visit to see what we would like done and was quick to let me know what a deep cleaning and bi-weekly/monthly service would cost. On the day of the cleaning, they were respectful, didn't try to rush out of here, and thoroughly cleaned to remove dust everywhere. We are generally tidy, but they made the place more clean than I could on my own. I was impressed with the granite counters and how much glossier it looked. They dusted and wiped down all the accent decor around the house. I was surprised to see them clean the top of the art frames on the wall. The picture frames and interior of our tv cabinet was dusted and cleaned. Everything they touched, it was cleaned. Also, I love how they folded hand towels and the little details they took care of in the bathrooms. In addition, they moved furniture and wiped down all the wooden surfaces. The place looks amazing overall! There were a few minor spots missed, but I don't expect them to get it completely right on the first round. With communication, they are able to fix and not miss it on the next visit. I look forward to the monthly service going forward. read more

I recently called to arrange for a deep cleaning because I have been sick and in the hospital and haven't been able to keep up with the housework. It took some prompting to get someone to come out and give me an estimate. Then I talked with Jennifer and she wasn't sure what days her crew were working because of the holidays. She said she would check with them and get back to me. She never got back to me so I arranged for another organization to come in and do the cleaning. Mama's has been cleaning our office, with at least 9 active people working here, for over a year. It is seamless. They are always time coming in after hours on the schedules days. We trust them with keys to our office and alarm code. They are very thorough in their cleaning. We have never had to ask them to do more or re-do their work. If they have any requests from us or schedule challenges they communicate with us promptly. We recall expanded into the office next door that was an old medical office that had been sitting empty for 5 years. We asked them to come in and do a deep clean of everything before we moved in. We wanted everything done to include walls wiped down and vlinds cleaned. We did not want our staff to be breathing in 5 year old dust. They spent a weekend in the office and did an incredible deep cleaning. With the new office e area she has acquired two additional bathrooms to clean and a kitchen in the common area. Up until now, Mama's Cleaning has been outstanding! Their work ethics is outstanding and professional. Arrival is punctual. Attention to detail meets or exceeds my expectations.
