The space is beautiful, clean, spacious and with a great ambiance which made it the perfect choice for our music video. The team was friendly and helpful, and I got exactly what I wanted. I was so impressed with the level of service. Chris helped us every step of the way. He was so responsive to every question we had, whether big or small, and made sure we had access to the space to visit ahead of time. He was there the day of our event to make sure everything went smoothly. Our video was a huge success, and we couldn't do it without NW DC Event space. Parking in the area can be a bit challenging, but I've usually been lucky enough to find street parking, even on snowy days. One area I'd like to see improvement in is the cocktail selection; I'm a fan of well-mixed drinks and would appreciate more options beyond the basics.
