Backtracking where we have been I just called the Mayfield office and was informed that they threw it away on Friday. Seriously? 24hours and they throw it away. Couldn't check with the customers that had been in the office Thursday?! Clearly either they actually threw away a customer's property or one of the staff decided they wanted it. Either way, it is obvious that this clinic does not care about their customers. I am looking for a new Optometrist.

When I call the number attached to the text they cannot tell Me what the bill is actually for-said it's for 'miscellaneous' services. You are not speaking with the local office but with a billing center which sounds to be in a foreign country. Once they said I don't owe anything, but then the texts started again. It seems the local staff do not know how to figure your bill when you're there so a year later the billing office tells you the bill was not paid in full. There is no help or explanation from the local staff. Very questionable billing practices.
