I have sent email after email inquiring about a paycheck that I should have gotten on 2/4. They did not inform me that the check would be mailed out. When I finally got the check they changed my rate of pay to $11.00!! It is against the law in Ohio to change wages for work already completed and they are fully aware of this, but they don't care. They refuse to answer emails because they don't want a paper trail.

To say that she was not helpful is an understatement and she clearly had no interest in helping me and told me that he is not taking on any additional clients and basically just wanted to blow me off and was short and downright rude, so I asked her who they might be able to refer us to. Her answer was that they don't know of any other firms in the Dublin area that are taking on any new clients. I asked ger about other firms and that I would just call them to check, and she said that they don't know of any other local firms. Huh?? You are an accounting firm and no of no one else in the area?
