I met the other party there and we walk up. There are people working and looks like packing up food orders. We walk out thinking it's the wrong place. We confirmed the address and attempt to go back in and a lady walks up and locks the door. I called back 3 times and no answer. Not sure why this place is listed but defintely isn't a notary. Wasted my time and wasn't able to get my paper notarized because no place around was open/available:?

This year we got a tax preparerer that was not educated with preparing taxes. Unfortunately this person did not fill out paperwork out correctly and in doing so our taxes were withheld by a government agency that should have never received our taxes. Along with our taxes our stimulus was also wrongly withheld. After reaching out to liberty tax for the last two months the only thing that they can tell me is that they can't do anything until the IRS starts answering phone calls( which who knows when that may happen) so that they can find out what to do to correct the issues. Apparently there is no one at this Liberty Tax office that is educated enough in tax services to correct the mistake that they made. So at this time of need my family is suffering financially due to the mistake this company made and will not do anything to correct it or to help their loyal customers. So from personal experience I WOULD NOT HAVE YOUR TAXES DONE BY THIS OFFICE IF YOU WANT THEM DONE CORRECTLY.

I have sent email after email inquiring about a paycheck that I should have gotten on 2/4. They did not inform me that the check would be mailed out. When I finally got the check they changed my rate of pay to $11.00!! It is against the law in Ohio to change wages for work already completed and they are fully aware of this, but they don't care. They refuse to answer emails because they don't want a paper trail.

I said I had a clean unused mask in my car and asked if she wanted one. She said 'I have masks here but I won't wear one.' Its hard to breathe with them on. I told her in that case I did not want to do business with her. Right now Coronavirus is resurgent in Ohio. I have asthma and was not willing to take the risk of being in a very small office for an extended time. I don't know how she does taxes, but I do know that at least in one way, she does not care for her customers.
