The hot yoga (express or regular - I've taken both) is challenging yet fun and all of the instructors queue lots of options, making it accessible for everyone to do what they want to do and make each practice their own. Once we were able to attend classes again, I was very impressed by their dedication to keeping their clients staying safe and feeling that they were in the right hands. I have been attending classes - a few of which are free! They have 2-3 classes a week that are free to introduce you to the studio and to the art of yoga! Following their social media and keeping in touch with the studio will help you figure out when these classes happen. One of my favorite classes that this studio has to offer is "sculpt." They incorporate weights into a traditional yoga setting. This turns the class into s a full-body workout. As a male, there are times where I may not "fit in" to yoga and fitness classes, but here I felt welcome. I feel that this is a workout that other males may also benefit from. They have sessions throughout the entire day. Be sure to check the schedule and plan ahead of time as spaces fill up.

You're assigned a number spot on the floor, studio appears to hold 40-50 people. I'm not sure of their pricing, I attended using ClassPass. Housekeeping: there are two individual bathrooms and two red light infrared saunas on site too! Easy to find parking, studio is on the second level, easy to reach by middle or east set of stairs. They have one of the most diverse groups of students you'll encounter, and no matter where you are in your practice or physical abilities, there is a class for you. You'll find no judgement here. Nothing about InBliss feels like a business, rather, a safe space to recharge my batteries and deepen my yoga practice. I felt from the very beginning that they truly cared about me. Something I particularly love about InBliss is that they aren't afraid to dive deep - things like chanting, sound bowls hands on assists, and breathwork are just a few experiences I enjoy in every class here - and those things are becoming more rare as cookie cutter corporate studios are popping up all over the city. I did the beginner class with my instructor Julia at 8 a.m. Even though I was five minutes late, my machine was ready the moment I walked in. The whole setup feels like Pilates' athletic, overachieving cousin. It is full body, resistance based, slow burn, shake til you earn it type movement. You will be sweating, you will be shaking, and you will walk out feeling like you unlocked a new level of your body. And Julia? Baby, Julia is that instructor. She is kind, funny, extremely engaged, and she encourages you in a way that feels strong and supportive without ever being pushy. Her cues make you feel safe, aligned, and actually capable of doing things you would normally tap out on. Her energy is warm and focused, and she somehow manages to coach the whole class while still making every person feel seen. If you want a workout that sculpts you like Serena Williams and leaves you feeling strong, tall, and proud, book Julia. This is the place to get it done. I already cannot wait to go back. Notion Lagree Studio has officially become my new favorite way to tighten, tone, and test my spirit. Your future body will thank you.
