The hot yoga (express or regular - I've taken both) is challenging yet fun and all of the instructors queue lots of options, making it accessible for everyone to do what they want to do and make each practice their own. Once we were able to attend classes again, I was very impressed by their dedication to keeping their clients staying safe and feeling that they were in the right hands. I have been attending classes - a few of which are free! They have 2-3 classes a week that are free to introduce you to the studio and to the art of yoga! Following their social media and keeping in touch with the studio will help you figure out when these classes happen. One of my favorite classes that this studio has to offer is "sculpt." They incorporate weights into a traditional yoga setting. This turns the class into s a full-body workout. As a male, there are times where I may not "fit in" to yoga and fitness classes, but here I felt welcome. I feel that this is a workout that other males may also benefit from. They have sessions throughout the entire day. Be sure to check the schedule and plan ahead of time as spaces fill up.

You're assigned a number spot on the floor, studio appears to hold 40-50 people. I'm not sure of their pricing, I attended using ClassPass. Housekeeping: there are two individual bathrooms and two red light infrared saunas on site too! Easy to find parking, studio is on the second level, easy to reach by middle or east set of stairs. Inside the studio, they have candles, clothes from small businesses so she loves supporting local. Then, when I returned for the one and only class that includes non-binary and male genders, their studio is so overheated that you can't even grip your pole. Literally left after 20 mins.

We were asked to show up 15 minutes early and the instructor was not present. The instructor did…read morenot arrive until our party was supposed to start (15 minutes after we arrived). Signing the waiver and paying was very chaotic. We started 15 minutes late for our 1hr party. We were given an additional 15 minutes at the end, but it was cutting it close for a reservation we had for lunch. If there were a party or class after us I assume that might have been an issue. We were supposed to be able to use the larger room, but the AC was broke so we had to double up and take turns on the poles in the small room. We did appreciate that we got to have our class in the AC, though. The facilities were not the cleanest. Overall we did have a great time, but it was very unorganized.
