We wanted to gain insights into how our child learned, where the gaps were, and how we could help. We reached out to Dr. Allison Evans directly and provided some background about our child. Dr. Evans agreed that an evaluation may be appropriate, and it felt collaborative from the very beginning. The testing itself was comprehensive and thoughtfully spaced out over two days so as not to be too taxing on our child. Our child actually enjoyed the experience overall and still asks when they will be going back to see "Allison." Dr. Evans did an excellent job making the evaluations age appropriate and game related when possible with plenty of breaks. We had a parent debrief meeting a few weeks after the evaluation was completed, during which Dr. Evans walked us through her results in depth and patiently answered all of our questions. She also sent a formal report that was incredibly detailed and well organized with results, diagnoses, and school and parent recommendations. That report became the foundation on which we built our child's case for an IEP with her public school. Dr. Evans also agreed to participate in our IEP eligibility meeting, where she proved to be a formidable advocate and ally. Her presence and expertise were pivotal in helping us secure the IEP at a moment when it seemed like the school was not planning to offer one. She truly helped us change the trajectory of our child's education by giving us the knowledge we needed to understand their learning disabilities and the support to navigate the IEP process with confidence. We are deeply grateful for her expertise, her partnership, and her genuine care for our family. We would highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a neuropsychologist.

They are blind to the fact the other parent is just manipulating and trying to create a, "paper trail" and better look as a parent to the judge. If Minute Man Arc were real experts they would acknowledge in a court affidavit that delayed milestones DO OCCUR and may be a result of being taken from his MOTHER at 4-months old! Can you admit please at the least it probably didn't help? Are you all going to acknowledge that? What a joke! LCSW, Ms. Mansfield! Did you even offer a suggestion that when the, "dad" came in that the present circumstances were not in the best interest of a child like a legitimate LCSW? Or did you just go by what the dad told you? See a nutritionist because a 13-month old isn't self-feeding. Paper trail on the dad's part. Only wants to look good to a judge. So, please enlighten us and give your professional opinion regarding a newborn being taken from it's mother at 4-months of age with NO proof of abuse allegations. Assuming abuse does not exist, again NO PROOF exists, do you actually think as an LCSW that this was a good thing? Put that in your affidavit next time!

She discriminated my kid as soon as we walked in the recital room. She asked us not to sit in the front row because she said my kids were "young". Approaching to the end of the recital, she ordered us to sit in the back because she said my kids were "noisy". She knew my kid had ASD. But my kid is high functioning and behaves pretty normally. There're other young children and baby(ies) in the audience making sound. My kid's teacher who was also in the audience approved in writing later that my kids were not disturbing. The teacher actually had suggested us to sit as close as to the front. We were targeted by Kate Yoder from the beginning. My kid has autism. We are minority. I had never met her before. My kid met her only briefly years ago. To rationalize her discriminated and targeted actions, Kate Yoder even made up some actions that my kids never did "legs in the air, lying on the floor" in writing. It was also proved by other audience not happening at all. It's so evil for an educator to put on innocent young children!! Whenever I requested Kate Yoder to apologize, the school canceled my kid's signup of the summer program and kicked my kid out from the school. And it happened twice. What a shame for a place that is supposed to be for beautiful things like music and care! Kate Yoder should step down from all her positions of this organization!
