Simply the cabinets wiped and Refrigerator cleaned and the bathrooms, ceiling fans and wood blinds on all windows. My sister found this cleaning service on yelp as I was running around. The FIVE of them showed up and I showed Lidia what needed to be done. I left without asking the price as I was exhausted from all the weeks preparing. I asked my sister to call Lidia and get a price. She said 250$. When I got called that they were done 2.5 hour later, everything looked good, then she said "We spent more time on everything" and the new total was THREE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT DOLLARS!!!! WTF! I was shocked, the house is EMPTY and 4 very young girls who looked under 20 should have busted out that house in 1 hour. She started to make shit up like "your sister said" and we got my sister on the phone who said NO WAY! where did she get that from? Basically Lidia revealed they did more work than what I asked for (NO FLOORS were cleaned Mind you and the house was EMPTY) and without calling either my sister or approval over the number she quoted she decided to SPEND another 88$ of MY MONEY. WHO DOES THIS with any integrity? I also foolishly let her leave without a receipt. When I pressed her for one she made excuse after excuse! I NEVER GOT A RECEIPT FROM THIS SCAM QUEEN. She also charges 25$ an hour for EACH these lazy slow kids with her, this is how she ended up UPCHARGING ME. If you need a cleaning service DO NOT ENGAGE THIS ONE! This slogan on her business card is BULLSHIT

When I left my home in the morning, my outlet was intact and the power worked on the 3 areas of the kitchen. When I came home, it was evident the outlet was busted and the power on the other outlets was out, too. I immediately reported the concerns, yes, concerns, and although was offered a "free" cleaning to get the missed areas AND repair of the outlet, when I expressed I do not have confidence for them to come back to my home I was met with anger and denial the damage was done by their team, the only people in my home. Not only denial, but then also told my home is old and my electric fried on its own, both unfounded. I was given my money back and told to call an electrician and fix it myself, again, after expressing my distrust. What was accomplished in the home was done very well and I give credit for that. The poor communication, the unmet agreed upon standards, the broken and disregarded CGI outlet make this experience unexpectedly sad and not in line with what I hoped would be the foundation for a future of regularly scheduled maintenance cleanings. Danny was very clear before pulling away from my home that my money would not make or break her, and I get it, I do, I am one of however many, however, this is my home, my only home, and she needed to know the state it was left in by her team, regardless if she thinks so or not.
