I chose this company both because of their reasonable price, their clarity of information, honesty and responsiveness. This company is operated by Chaz and his wife Danielle. For example, I had a problem rain seeping into my garage through the water heater and furnace ventilation. Another company that did the same exact work on my neighbor's roof told me upon inspection "Nothing can be done about that.". This companies estimate for roof repair was much higher than Dependables. On his inspection, Chaz told me that he could replace the ventilation jacks and seal them. Since Dependable Roofing completed their work in May, 2022 there have been heavy rains and I have had no leakage problems. In addition, Chaz gave me the same warranty as the other company. I was nervous about selecting a roofing company as this involved thousands of dollars. But am really glad I took the time to get 5 estimates and inspections and I'm grateful that I found Dependable Roofing. I give them my highest recommendation.

However, I told the salesman I wasn't paying for the job until it was all done and he assured me they would be out in the next day or two to clean the gutter. That was almost a month ago and never heard from them again. They do their selling door to door which is not allowed in our neighborhood and I made the salesman aware of that but it didn't deter him.
